I only go to Kroger out of convenience. That convenience stops when you don't have a single belt checkout open during business hours. So I have to take a full basket of groceries that costs over $200 and check them out myself when I'm not on the payroll AND I don't get a discount? I think Joe V's is calling my name from now on. I've spent literal tens of thousands of dollars, and y'all can't afford to put a couple lanes open? My grocery bill today alone could pay for someone to stand there 8 hours a day for at least 2 days at $12.50/hr. How much are you guys even paying your employees? Figure it out, sincerely EVERYONE.

Was told my curbside order it two hours late and will not be able to fill it. I ordered it at noon and they can’t fill it because their fastest packer called in. And they don’t fill orders after 8pm. They had plenty of time to fill my order. Was told to cancel it or come back tomorrow. Trash store.

I give this rating because on several occasions I have had to go to the bakery to make a cake, and there is a very rude boy, his name is David, who gets upset when you ask him if he speaks Spanish, and he is not able to help you, he just gets upset and he turns his back on you, he is not capable of going for another person to help you, on the other hand there is a lady called Yolanda, who is a sweetheart, she is always willing to help you, she is always laughing, my respects and my gratitude to Yolanda .

Was shopping here at 9pm was short 3$ and self checkout attendant kenedee was such a a sweet heart instead of removing items I asked her too so I would have enough she payed remainder out of her pocket. That's what I call customer service.
