I have never had to leave a bad review before but I did not appreciate this interaction.I was using self checkout with my daughter and my machine told me to get my receipt from the attendant station so I asked my child to ask the attendant about it.She asked a lady with long back hair but a lady with bangs with glasses and a bad hair cut answered Instead and was giving my child an attitude and told her “okay give me a second then I’m busy, okay?” And my child told her okay thank you regardless of her bad attitude we then waited for 10 more minutes before getting tired of waiting and leaving.Please teach your employees to respect customers, I did not appreciate that rude lady with glasses talking to my child that way.

If your company had the ability to make it a zero star rating, i would give it rather than a 1-star, the pharmacist technician Kelcee, is absolutely appalling, not sure how she received her job. She was very rude, consistently put me on hold for almost 20 minutes, I had to call back, and she immediately tried to put me on hold, she became very rude at that point, and after receiving all the correct info, she wanted to reverify just to change a location. Baytown location, has been very helpful and always a joy to go to, this Woodforest location, i will never go to again. Absolutely ridiculous how the entire situation was handled.

My cart has been frozen now twice in a row as I am leaving the store. Security has to come unfreeze my cart. Both times I have used self check out. Not sure why this has happened twice in a row while I have receipt in hand for all of my items. I get they must have a theft issue. But, why on earth are you freezing paying customers carts as they leave? To say I am offended is an understatement at this point.

Everyone working there is soo rude. I went to the self checkout to ask for formula and she was on her phone playing a game and then I went to the only register open and the lady answered me with so much attitude. Thats why we shop at HEB!

So, let me first say Krogers isn’t my issue, their delivery service through Instacart is the problem. Usually I have no problem, when I get my items delivered, today one of Instacart attempted to scam me out of $13. This person actually called me and told me, they couldn’t deliver my order because I owed $13 which was untrue. I contacted Krogers and they didn’t know what I was talking about. Krogers then contacted Instacart and they couldn’t make sense of it either. Krogers is a great store, especially this particular location, but if they continue to deal with Instacart, they will see a decline in their delivery services. I hope the right per Ka, see this review bec it shouldn’t be taken lightly. Not only was my delivery cancelled, the representative who called also hung up in my face. The only information I have, is this person name which is Ka P.. At this point, I’m not sure if I want to continue my paid membership, not if this is the end result.

If you live in the area then you know that this Kroger is a hit and miss with their fruit/ vegetable selection but otherwise a fair selection.My frustration is with the seafood customer service . There is never anyone readily available, and when they walk up to the counter it's if you are truly bother them from their break !Today i went to get some fish and shrimp . The tall, impolite monotone guy behind the counter basically asked " what ya getting " ... weighed it..wrapped it up .. put in on the counter and walked away !!! Not one word after ! I stood there in utter disbelief and disgust. We all know it's know the prices we shop a location.. it's customer service!That's why I'll continue to make a drive to HEB where they truly know what a thank you and you're welcome mean .. It's the little things !PS: there's a very sweet lady with red hair at Kroger who needs to teach some others about kindness .. she's great !
