Usually pleasant however…. Products are out or last one. Bought dozen eggs and once home found only eleven… twice.
The ready food program is great and I used it Father’s Day. Funny, the hot fried Chicken was restaurant quality but I bought an eight piece container and only found seven pieces once home.

I bought a fruit bowl and a seeded watermelon….both are BAD! I have no idea what Kroger been doing…..but I’ve been getting bad fruit all of a sudden. This is the second week now….and now my baby is sick and throwing up with a fever! On my way to the hospital……I’m calling Kroger’s to tell them their fruit is bad, guess what? They can careless….i talked with a manager and she said pretty much they can’t do anything because I threw away my receipt. Never again!

Went yesterday for ground beef and they had nothing on the shelf maybe like 3 packages which I ended up returning the ground beef cuz it was brown . I had my sunglasses on so I didn’t notice when buying . I also bought some chicken wings the ones they make in the deli and took for lunch today and I had to throw them away because they smelled spoiled. . It’s a waste of my money since it’s too much effort to go back up there and return them . It’s not the first time I’ve noticed spoiled / expired food. I’ll stick to my HEB.

I’m genuinely about to stop coming to this location because of the reliant energy hounds at the door. It’s bad enough you have homeless people in the parking lot telling stories to money from you. I don’t want to have reject someone EVERY TIME I need to pick up groceries for the week.

I don't know who is making the bolillo bread since the storm happened, but it's better than ever, especially the round rolls. They're normally good but lately they're great. As always, every employee at the store is super polite and hard working. Can't thank you all enough.

Consistently a good experience all over the country. I am likely biased as not only did my younger son work at this Kroger, but also one in Ohio in HS. Plus I have a very fond memory from my first shopping errand for my Mom at a fairly young age. The nice lady helped me to understand my list. That was in Elkhart, Indian in 1958. I've been shopping Krogers most of my life!

I had to exchane a product for the correct one. The service desk was closed . However, the cashier was helpful and allowed me yo trade products.

Fed up, their digital coupons don't register, not the first time, got home to discover not a single one. H.E.B up the street is only a few extra minutes and don't have to play this game. 30 years.
