This Kroger is very nice and clean. They usually have a nice amount of staff with registers open to serve the people. Kevin was very helpful loading groceries at checkout. ??

I have never had a bad experience at this store, but my husband did... on Valentine’s Day and he's too nice to tell about it.Self check out, scanner didn't read his 2nd scan and the attendant implied that that he was trying to steal... even pulled up the video to show him it didn't scan the item.... how embarrassing. It's not his fault the scanner didn't read it properly.Anyone who knows my husband or me knows we are the type of people who would never do that. We also don't cause a scene. I'm sorry if your day was stressful, but we are honest, hard working people. You could have handled that situation completely differently.

It's a good neighborhood kroger with a Starbucks. I think they are just short staffed, because keeping stock on some of the items seems to be a true task. Otherwise everyone is very nice and helpful.

I had a grocery pick up order tonight at 7pm. First of all I waited awhile for my order. The young lady apologized it seemed she was working by herself. By the time I got home and unpacked everything I realized my grocery order that I paid for the items weren't all there. In fact several items were missing. I called the store and was told to call in te morning. I was so upset I went up to the store and they still couldn't resolved my problem tonight. I've been doing grocery pickup here for years and a customer at this store for even longer. This is piss poor customer service. I will be reporting this to the BBB and everywhere I can put a review.

Good in a pinch, but limited selection compared to HEB most of the meat was very expired. I took this picture on October 28th....

This Krogers has the worst staff possible. It’s like they are not trained in common courtesy. I once had to wait for 20mins for an employee to show up at the bakery. And she was so rude, turns out she was actually a manager who didn’t know where the bakery staff was and was annoyed that she had to be there.Today, something wasn’t scanning, so the cashier asked another manager to help retrieve the barcode. The manager looks at me and says “She can get it herself, I ain’t working for her”.These are just a couple of recent incidents and I don’t think I’ll ever be going back to this store again.

I have experience discrimination in the past but not like this time..as an adult, fudge you take it and be a grown up about it..because you realize how ignorant people can be.I understand I really do, but how are we going to truly get past it all if we keep applying such hate. Especially because it was not in our times. And suffering for something I dont do nor did i do..I am a mom of 3.. who works 2 jobs to provide for my teens and when not too tired after work i run errands. Well that day getting off from1st job, went to pick my kiddo from his bus stop and took him to second job with me. Yes sometimes you have to because no other way. I rather take him with me than he having to walk home. Yes matbe overprotecting but thats me. Back to experience. Got off from job at 9:40 pm and he was like we need groceries, and i was ok, Krogers across. So ok. We got what we nerded took us 15 min..when you know u know..ready to check out. When suddenly was out turn and cashier walks to us and at same time a guy approaches us from right side, and she looks at him and ask "sir are you next in line?".. and me and my kid waiting and when he said yes. I was like "no ma am ..we are next , we were behind that couple that just went" and she said sir and gave me a smirk and allowed him to check out..I was awed by the moment, my kid was like what happen..i was like, mmm i dont know son.. and took me a moment to realized what had happen at that moment..my kid was so confused himself.. and decided to leave my basket..that guy only had a water..which if i had seen him in line i would offered for him to move foreward since was only one item.. or maybe two, i had a half full basket.. im telling you 15 minutes was enough time not ime for junk but goods for my kids ,uncertain economic times..no can do.. any who..my heart felt to the ground..not going to lie.. and maybe im a softy..but took my son and walked out.. i took several breaths..once i got home..i just cried..honest to God.. i just cried because one thing is doing such to an adult alone..which is still not okay, but a mom with her son..yea that plain dirty.. i live that on the 17.. last week that was my krogers.. yes briarforest and eldridge but that Was. We already have so much going on in our lives, why be mean or ugly like that. Its sad to see that thats what we are leaving our children with, HATE.. I explain to my kid that maybe she had a bad day or someone must of treated her differently, and his response was "i get it but was not ur fault nor mine..you have always told us we might be different look different but we are persons with value..my skin color its just thats skin color..he hugged me so hard because he did see how it affected me. I know I should of talked to manager on site but thats how bad it was . My kiddos learned from my experienced and asked me to say something. Treat each other with respect , in Gods eyes we are all the same..!!!love&respect.

There was a "worm" in the cream cheese I bought from this location. I'm disgusted. For those wondering.. yes this is the Kroger Original Cream Cheese, this was a freshly opened package, and yes it is still alive and crawling across the cream cheese.Looking into reporting this because this is just..ugh...

I’m literally in this store 3-4 times a week. EVERY single time I come I use self-checkout and EVERY single time I’m watched. I also work for a retailer so trust me I know the tells of someone being watched and your employees aren’t even good about being covert about it lol. I’ve seen them call managers over to help watch the area when I came over, move to standing right next to me even though the whole SCO area is full of people (notice I said stand not walking up and down so as to watch EVERYONE), and constantly ask only me if “everything was ok”. I was in there the other day and the little Hispanic girl could not keep her eyes off me….so of course I made her work a little bit by walking off and getting more items to scan. She was super quick to move my bags cause she thought I was going to put the items in there lmao. Meanwhile I watched two people (one right before I started scanning my items and one during) legit skip scan and she was none the wiser. I just giggled to myself. Y’all gonna learn it’s not the black people robbing y’all blind one day

Hire more regular checkout people, especially for weekends, or take the ‘20 item limit’ off the self checkouts.

I love Kroger, it’s my go to spot for the freshest fruits and veggies! I specifically want to shout out the magnificent ladies who work in the flower and balloon dept. Stopped by on my lunch break to get my boyfriend a bday balloon and flower bouquet and was so thankful to have been helped by them. They were all so passionate about their work and making everything look its absolute best as a team. Their positivity and great energy truly made my day. Thank you so much to Elisabeth, Antonella and Danielle! You are awesome.
