Bought a bag of apples yesterday.
Every single one was soft.
Always always check everything you buy from this location my quality is bad
I went and bought another bag today! Every single one was soft and nasty to eat. I tried every single one.
Everyone was that nasty sandy texture. Nothing crisp about any of these.

This Kroger is FILTHY, way overpriced and run by the rudest staff of any supermarket for miles around!
I have compared prices to HEB for the items I buy regularly and the difference is pretty astounding! Do yourself a huge favor and go a couple miles away to the HEB at Bunker Hill & Katy Freeway! It’s clean, great selection, great meat and seafood departments and staff that are PROFESSIONAL and bend over backwards to help you! HEB would never tolerate the behavior of the Kroger employees there!

Went in to get a few food items for work. Spent more time at the self checkout that wouldn't work right than it took to shop for my food. The attendant came assist but even he had a hard time to get the kiosk to work. My time is important.

Never shopping here again. To assume I couldn't pay my groceries before I even finish ringing them. You know what you guys did, my cart has never gotten locked before. I have been shopping here for years. Never coming back.

Went twice. Bad experience.
Says open till 11pm but was closed yesterday around 9:30pm.
Went again today to refill water. The water tastes horrible unlike other Krogers. I always get my water refills from Kroger because their water tastes better (but is more expensive). This one tastes like tap water. Paid 5$ for 10 gallons. Gotta find a different Kroger now.

Curbside pickup times are not clearly listed in order history or Kroger app. This stores staff is incredibly helpful but apparently the curbside team has its own set of rules and hours, they offer a late pickup time but aren’t there to accommodate said time. Night manager Ann is above all of this, not worth showing the least amount of cooperation or help. I had already waited to find out that I would unfortunately not be able to get my order fulfilled. I requested the manger Ann to see if at the least I could cancel my order and place it with another store with a more convenient times/location, i waited an extra 15 mins just for her to call the kind associate who had been helping me and tell her she wouldn’t be making her self available to come out and meet/speak with me. Ann shouldn’t be in a position of leadership if she can’t care enough to show the smallest ounce of customer service. I patiently waited there the entire time just to leave disappointed and irritated, the only plus to this store were the kind, helpful and polite cashiers/associates in the front who were called Ann 3x’s to check on her status and went to the back of the store to see if anything could be done from curbside pickup, I was thankful for them. I hope management gets better leadership and clearer times are posted and followed & pickup/curbside get a better system or at least have an alternative other than to waste customers time and money.

This is an ok Kroger. This Kroger is one of the smaller ones and suffers from parking problems when it is busy. This is my local Kroger and in my area it is the most affordable but the dairy products are all Kroger's are not as good as Randall's Randall's cheese blows away Kroger cheese. Kroger is much cheaper than Randall's though in general and is the most affordable grocery store in the area.
