Curbside pickup times are not clearly listed in order history or Kroger app. This stores staff is incredibly helpful but apparently the curbside team has its own set of rules and hours, they offer a late pickup time but aren’t there to accommodate said time. Night manager Ann is above all of this, not worth showing the least amount of cooperation or help. I had already waited to find out that I would unfortunately not be able to get my order fulfilled. I requested the manger Ann to see if at the least I could cancel my order and place it with another store with a more convenient times/location, i waited an extra 15 mins just for her to call the kind associate who had been helping me and tell her she wouldn’t be making her self available to come out and meet/speak with me. Ann shouldn’t be in a position of leadership if she can’t care enough to show the smallest ounce of customer service. I patiently waited there the entire time just to leave disappointed and irritated, the only plus to this store were the kind, helpful and polite cashiers/associates in the front who were called Ann 3x’s to check on her status and went to the back of the store to see if anything could be done from curbside pickup, I was thankful for them. I hope management gets better leadership and clearer times are posted and followed & pickup/curbside get a better system or at least have an alternative other than to waste customers time and money.

This is an ok Kroger. This Kroger is one of the smaller ones and suffers from parking problems when it is busy. This is my local Kroger and in my area it is the most affordable but the dairy products are all Kroger's are not as good as Randall's Randall's cheese blows away Kroger cheese. Kroger is much cheaper than Randall's though in general and is the most affordable grocery store in the area.

I have been to this Kroger at 14344 memorial drive few times now. It didn't strike me as fantastic. The store is kind of old. But still got enough stuff for me to get my weekly shopping done.

Just got off the phone with Kroger. The computer couldn't help me, so i finally got to an operator. Unfortunately, in this case! I had the unfortunate luck of speaking to Jerry! He was exceedingly rude because he actually had to answer the phone to help someone. How people that rude are still able to talk to people at a store like Kroger is unbelievable!

I continue to be amazed at the selection in this very small grocery store. I used to shop at the local randalls, but then several times they didn't have some obscure item I needed, I checked Kroger and they did carry it. It. This store has a very good selection of hard to find items. Including ethnic food. There's a decent selection of organic vegetables, could be more, a very small deli and bakery, and a wonderful grocery section. Staff is pretty friendly, and is willing to help me find things.

Not helpful! Very impersonable! Store is ran like a tick ship! No accountability! Also the gentleman at Customer Service is RUDE! Customer Service is always close especially in the evening! I moved here from Georgia and I missed the Kroger's there as well as Publix! Horrible attitude, not customer friendly!

Dirty, nasty, never enough staff , overpriced gross. This place needs a health inspection and probably shut down.

I can never find fresh fruit or produce. Almost everything is moldy, rotting, shriveled and just overall gross.

Not one to typically share reviews but this place is horrendous. We have found expired food items here MULTIPLE times. I never posted anything but just came home with a product that YET AGAIN expired not recently... but in June of 2021!!! It is a real shame as it's so convenient to the neighborhood. But unfortunately, it's not safe to shop here.

I've never had a worse experience in my life.I just walked to kroger to get some basic groceries.I take my backpack like normal.I grab a12 pack of kroger brand cola.I check out and put it in my back pack and begin to walk home. Not 2 steps out the door I feel a massive wetness from the bottom of my back pack.Who ever stocked the cola broke it and didn't remove the faulty product.I literally had to stop on my way home and dump my backpack out of cola. Thanks to krogers ineptness. My one of a kind military tac bag us now RUINED. Kroger now owes me dry cleaning fees to clean my 300$ backpack. This doesn't include my ruined clothes covered in coke due to kroger! Thanks kroger I love being covered in coke due to employee ineptitude.I have never wanted to cancel my membership ship more and take my business elsewhere.Kroger needs to raise its standards otherwise heb is just down the street!Edit* may 24thWent in today to get some lunch.I go to get a pack of alani energy drinks on my way out. I go to pick up the box. literally the first box on display. All of the cans fall out of the back of the box which was completely ripped open!!!The worker who stocked saw this, placed it on the shelf on purpose so that a customer wouldn't notice.Insanity.If it wasn't for the fact that I live nearly right next to the kroger I would never shop there again. From now on anytime I need groceries I'll take my business down the street.

It's definitely gotten a lot better since Mr. Tom was let go. He was too uptight and too controlling. He would also let some do but others not. You have to be fair as a manager.

WORTHLESS GROUP OF STAFF AND SERVICE DESK- spent nearly 30 mins waiting to get a metro card for my commute for downtown - when I finally was able to reach the cashier he told me they didn’t have any cards in front and were locked up he then called the manager Nigel with he came waking at the pace of a snail to just say he didn’t know where they were. Two words- incompetent workers!

The kroger associate by the name of Arthur at the self checkout station is an oblivious personality. It took 3 minutes for him to acknowledge an I.D. check so I can purchase alcohol and I had to holler at him to get his attention. Let’s be honest he’s hurting the business and is a useless employee.

Edit: I have been here twice since the review. Both times, prices and clipped coupons did not right up. Today to the tune of about $12. No more. Guys, we are we using Kroger when HEB is here ?Every single time. Every single time there is a problem with prices. The sale prices don’t ring up. I have to stand in line twice. Once to check out and another time for price adjustment. Too, there are never any carts. Customers have to go back out into the lot to get a cart. And rotting produce is always on the shelf for purchase

If you get a chance to talk to Chris in stocking/produce your day will be blessed. This guy has the most amazing spirit. Kroger is lucky to have him.
