Nice clean store, a lot of variety, veggies and fruit looked fresh and stocked. Cashier and bagger were very friendly and I got checked out fast even with a little bit of a line. Great store!

This store doesn’t know how to refund the gas money after a purchase in a timely manner. They give you a receipt and you have to keep returning and asking for the refund. Why Kroger it’s not your money. Give the customers back their unused money after they purchase the gas or credit it back right away. Anywhere else you get only what you paid for Kroger keep the money like it’s theirs when the tank won’t take all that is paid for. Or want you to wait why?

This particular Kroger is often busy, and the layout of items feels off somehow? However, the staff is kind and will try to be helpful. If you want to get gas, don't be surprised if you have to wait a moment or two, but it's not usually a big deal. Overall, I'd say this Kroger is just average. Exactly what you'd expect.Side Note: Please stock the Ale8 soda again

I went to the fuel center today my favorite person was there. I finally got her name her name is Shon. I expressed to her how long I've been coming to Kroger over 20 years and the customer service really went down. I have observed the people that come and go in the fuel station. I expressed to her that her customer service was impeccable. She's very helpful and if she has a line, you won't wait long at all. My wife needed help with her points at the pump shon came out and showed her and she was pleased. Shon looks like she enjoys her job. There are two other ladies th one with glasses she seems like shes confused at times she has been there for awhile and other lady is kinda rude she is new. I enjoy my experience when she's there we talk and laugh. She make my day thank Shonshine.

I ordered Grande Oat Milk latte at Starbucks and paid- left to pay for my groceries at self-checkout at Kroger. When I came to pick up my coffee, I felt my coffee is very light so I asked Luis if this is correct order for me and he said “yes he just ran out of oat milk and it is half empty! I was ok with that and grab my coffee and left. When I started drinking it, I noticed it taste very strong as it barley had any oat milk in it.Next time I was in Kroger shopping and I went to Starbucks to get coffee and as I noticed Luis is working- I complained that the day he ran out of Oat milk and gave me half empty latte, ended up not being a good late and if he can make me another one correctly today. He was very rude, unprofessional and made me pay again. I understand this is a separate store at Kroger, but for this reason I will not shop at Kroger anymore.

"After being a loyal customer of Kroger for several years, I applied for a cashier position with the company. Despite acknowledging their need for more cashier employees, unfortunately, I was not hired for the role."

The advertise that their fruits and vegetables are fresh they need to stop that advertisement because I had to return fruit and vegetables back. Courtesy Booth line is long and very few registers open ☹️?

I really had a good experience today and one reason was the man named "Mike" at the front of the self check line. I had forgotten to add the coupons before I hit pay and Mike was super busy going from one register to another but he took the extra step and put in my coupons for me. He could easily have sent me to stand in line at customer service so I feel very blessed today. Plenty of grocery carts inside the store, it was clean, prices are decent considering the economy.

I just left your store and the self check out employee is useless and rude.I asked her a question as she stood 2 feet away from me and she intentionally ignored me. Very unprofessional. What a shame of an employee. REF# 080913.I asked her if she can verify the Ozarka water bottle price. At the front of the store it showed 3 dollars and some change. But the price at the register was $5.99. I was in a hurry and had no time to discuss with Maria, so purchased the item. Please note, I dont care about a refund. I am just confirming what I am sure you already know. Maria is an employee that no company wants and regret hiring.

This is the worst Kroger’s I’ve ever shopped at as the employees do NOTHING to clean their screens at the self-checkouts from visible disgusting germs (GROSS!!!) AND flunky monitors who keep assuming that you didn’t scan any items before placing them in the bags.

I've been coming here for 5 yrs as a regular. It was nice pre covid then they hired ppl who appear less active. Today, it is rare to find a working cart unless you bring one yourself from the parking lot. The Carts are outdated. I pushed one out the door 2 weeks ago and it suddenly stopped at the exit door.. causing my toddler to drop his drink and my eggs rolling g over and breaking. The lines seem to be more backed up too as it's hard to find a bagger. I bag my own groceries to prevent delay. Loss prevention is also obvious and u can tell who's posing as a shopper bc they follow you. It's cringe. The cashiers also rarely speak nowadays and kinda ignore the shoppers. Please get updated carts and pay raises for employees so they're nicer

The Kroger at 9919 Westheimer is the worst Kroger in Houston. It doesn’t matter what time you come to shop. It is chronically understaffed. I have never seen more than two registers open at the same time. Unless you get there right when they open, there are simply no carts. Show up any afternoon, and there will be at least a dozen people just walking around at the front of the store just looking for a cart. And if you try to ask an employee where all the parts are or who the manager is, you just feel bad, because they are so obviously overworked. Every time I ask an employee, they always say the same thing: “it’s always like this. There’s never enough people scheduled.” I don’t if there is a labor shortage, or if it’s a problem with the store manager, or if it goes up higher than that, but this store is being grossly mismanaged. Today was the third time in two weeks. I walked in to buy something with my toddler and had to just leave after 15 minutes of not being able to find a working cart or a manager who’s a help me find a cart. It’s a shame because the selection is decent, but what am I supposed to do? Bring a friend every time I shop? Bring my own cart? Ask my eighteen month old to walk behind me carrying what she can?
