Rhianna in the floral department made it very obvious that helping customers isn’t her thing. Her mood was noticeable and so was her lack of effort. I shop here weekly and have never felt so unwelcome. If smiling or being helpful is too much, maybe this isn’t the job for her. Do better KROGERS

Worst customer service their manager and workers are the worst most unprofessional people i have ever encountered. I tried to send money through western union and they sent it to the wrong location. I went back to get it fixed and when i said you guys made a mistake they took it very personal and replied i wasn’t working here yesterday so I should not tell him you guys made a mistake or he won’t help me. Their manager was also very unprofessional and acted like its not their responsibility at all just because they weren’t working there yesterday. So don’t go there unless you like to deal with unprofessional unreasonable and entitled people

Although the store needs a facelift badly, it sometimes wins our business because the parking and checkout experience are superior to the mega HEB close to it. We love HEB but parking and checking out always adds substantial time to one's shopping time.

Bagger could have been nicer. I was waiting to get a cart and told her I could wait to get one. She acted as if it was a problem and mumbled something.

Came in to get balloons for our sale for my job and the lady who was to help us proceeded to take the customers behind us and help them blow up their balloons first . When asked why she stated that she wanted to help them first . After she was done with them she completely walked away with out assisting us . We asked for a manager and after waiting for 20 mins a woman finally came out to help us . This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Spate yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

****Check the expiration dates before you buy any product****. Decent store, has everything I need. It was clean. I heard the automated “hourly freshness check” announcement on the pa. So I decided to start checking the things I had placed in my shopping cart myself. Grabbed a bulk bag of cereal that had expired in 2023!!! Placed it on the back rolling cart of the oops we made too much with the expiration date exposed to give the staff a friendly heads up. Found 2 cans of diced jalapeño peppers that expired 2/2025, they went to that same rolling cart as well. Picked up a few frozen pizzas and caught my eye of an expiration date a few months ago. Lesson learned. Was going to go back and return it however they closed early due to Easter Weekend. ****Check the expiration dates before you buy any product****.

This store could use an update overall but I will be shopping elsewhere as the latina female working the self chkout area was obnoxious and very Rude and I don't deserve that type of attitude as a frequent shopper. Horrible customer service and lack luster staff. (Fix it )

Helpful staff with very good sushi case front right.
Produce was being restocked after Hurricane Beryl and staff were busy. Sometimes there were no checkers during the storm and only self check out available with 1 staff member assisting.

Ok, I’m going to buy a beer with one of my friend, the girl on the pay by your self site, ask for ID, my friend show her his ID 26 year old, but not from US, I show my ID 40(us citizen). She was so un respectful, and said “You can’t buy here”why? Not that it, I’m sorry what? How can call this situation? Rascism? Ok cool this is happens 5/24/24, she never said why? But is all right, you can keep all that product, I forgot you can find a supermarket in any corner of this city, but for me not more Kroger any more.
