Not a very friendly staff. Store is dim and has a poor layout. Produce is not fresh and meat looks old, package i picked up was leaking. Shopping cart locked when I was leaving even though I checked out with a
cashier and the staff ignored me, stared at me, then about 30 seconds later as i had my 2 toddlers anxiously waiting in the doorway with me to leave, the security guard silently came to unlock the cart. Totally offputting. Parking lot a total mess and shopping carts everywhere BUT at the front of store.

I stopped here to pick up a few pantry items as it was on my way to my next destination. The store was clean and orderly. The facility itself was smaller than most Kroger locations and a-typical of a more standard / expected floor plan layout. The lighting was ok, but seemed a bit dimmer than most stores. The cashier personnel were friendly. Parking was adequate and convenient.

Is customer service still a thing?
Well, Jimmy the cashier thinks so!
He has a very bright energy about him that’s sure to make someone’s day better. He greeted me with a smile and even engaged in light conversation to make it a bit of an experience. You don’t see that too much these days.
Daniel, on the other hand? It’s no wonder they put him at the self-checkout line. He wouldn’t be able to pack customers’ groceries with his head glued to his phone screen and his thumbs chipping away at it.

I went today and a watermelon was not scanning in the end. It was in the self pay line so I asked the manager who sometimes is there attending, but by the way he looked at me I thought he didn't hear me. So I ask him again in a normal manner. But I guess he was having his own victimized moment and he said he heard me the first time and that I shouldn't ask him that way. But what way? I never screamed and never had a lack of respect towards him. So I just didn't tell him anything back. What a loser for someone to play a victimized moment. I get it if you have sometimes bad days. But giving attitude and showing your true colors in that manner speaks volumes about you as a person. I guess some are not happy working there.

Produce is very good. The big corporates that own 60% of our groceries made record profits off us. Come on corporate America, everyone of you got record profits. Off of us!
