Worst experience today. I never shop at Kroger because the produce is always rotten but I found this location and everything seemed nice so I stopped in. I’ve visited a total of four times. All of which the sushi man being the highlight and one older woman who checked me out and put me on to a product that brought me back. Today however I came in and was embarrassed insulted lmao paying for a service. I did call customer service and the manger was there. There weren’t any actual solutions and they didn’t seem too surprised either and I feel that’s why she’s so comfortable behaving that way. I personally feel if she felt like she did nothing wrong in our interaction and she was professional she wouldn’t have attempted to alter the story to seem more favorable I’m for her even though no one was buying what she was selling. It’s just disappointing all her antics were UNPROVOKED which is the most ridiculous part of the whole ordeal. She insulted me because I asked for help with a machine that was clearly having an issue it wasn’t accepting my pin which might’ve been user error if I hadn’t JUST checked out earlier I was back to make a return and but a few more things. She had what ever predetermined notion in her head or whatever bad day she let spill over into a pis poor performance at work. She was so terrible the manager had to live me else where to checkout and guess what that pin had no issue. I hope tomorrow she has better day because how will you keep the lights on at home like this? Me responding to her as darling was disrespectful after she was repeatedly disrespectful to me unprovoked. She embarrassed herself and her team but she didn’t care because the comfortability with the level of aggression and unprofessionalism shows they clearly have no consequences to fear. I will not be back I’ll save us all the trouble.

Went there friday to pick up some blue corn chips and noticed when i got to the register they were a dollar more than they were on the shelf ,instead of $1.99 they were $2.99 so that is very annoying because i like to know what something costs before i buy it since i have a budget and know exactly what im buying and how much it is . Recently kroger was on the local news for that very thing so its not like they dont know its a problem in their stores . And this was not a online coupon this was a regular kroger card sale . If the price changes from one day to the next they should make sure it is reflected on the shelf .

Used to get my produce here bcause prices were good for descent quality. But too often im suckered into buying $10 bag of grapes bcause they dont have the prices set right on many items. The digital coupon system is a workaround for bait n switch pricing. Seems distasteful Kroger. Annoying nonetheless. Guess i gotta go back to HEB. Produce is better there anyway.

nice enough but wheres the real food? soup and kroger branded bean mix had little fat, u cant live off that. a pack of fried chicken wouldve been useful but I didnt see any.

Never open on time.
Very sweet hard working Linda has time wait outside to get in. She is late because no one opens the door gor hetero to do her job.
Not mentioning all waiting customers, currently in cold weather.

Understaffed. It's 10:30 on a Sunday morning, the day before a hurricane. And they have 2 registers open. It's always like this. Never seen more than two or three registers running even during peak hours.

So I been going here for a while my mother in law lives near by so we constantly shop there but this past weekend I had a bad experience with the cashier named Josephine, when I came to the line to pay for my stuff she proceeded to have a rude attitude when I going to enter my phone number on the key pad for my points she made a noise put her hand up at me and said no Kroger card first if you don’t have one I can use mine so my husband answer her and said go ahead we just want to pay and leave please the bagger boy seem to think that it was funny how she was acting with us and how we responded and honestly the only reason why I didn’t ask to speak to a manager was because we were trying to get back to our bbq and fun I didn’t want more bad energy to ruin our day, Josephine needs to either retire or have a better attitude with customers I couldn’t even enter my phone number attached to my Kroger card

So long story short I'm DISABLED 63 I take the bus before the HEAT...SO I GET TO THE STORE AT 6:30 AM RUSHING TO GET MY BUS BACK HOME IT ONLY RUNS EVERY HOUR BUT MY GROCERIES GET TO THE BUS STOP NOTICED THE BEEF BACON THAT SAID 5.99 ON THE SHELF I WAS CHARGED 7.99 PLUS TAX. I COULDN'T GO BACK SO I CALLED AND SPOKE TO CHANTEL EXPLAINING I WAS OVER CHARGED. SHE WAS VERY NICE BUT I NEED TO GO BACK TOMORROW FOR MY OVERCHARGE. I'M UPSET MY CHECK OUT NUMBER 502 # CUSTOMER CARD # 8337 REFERENCE # 030698 & 73589C # I PAID DEBIT AND A GIFT CARD 34.77 I WISH THEY COULD JUST CREDIT ME 2.00 MAYBE IT'S MY FAULT FOR NOT CHECKING BEFORE I LEFT I WULL RETURN THE BEEF BACON IN THE AM

Used the bakery for my sons birthday and the can tasted good but looked bad. They didn’t pay very much attention to details. I won’t be going back for another cake.
