Amazing service Miss Lisa is there always in the morning she’s so reliable and I love coming in seeing her smiling face she always has something positive to share with me. Thank you. This Kroger is very close to my house and it’s always five stars always this morning. Miss Lisa went out of her way to help me with an issue and was still able to attempt to the other customers. She is truly good at what she does.

Normally, I like shopping here! It is the only Kroger that I pass when I leave work. Miss Shirley is such a sweetheart! I hate when I come and don't see her friendly face! I came here tonight, because, I be getting those book of coupons and they had one for free Keebler Crackers! Why did they not have NOT one Keebler Cracker in the cracker aisle? And why did that lady feel the need to have to tell me, Well ma'am they do make cookies too, as if I didn't know that. I was just merely trying to understand why such a popular grocery chain didn't have Any, not one box of Keebler brand cracker; that's all I wanted to know! I like Kroger, but DO BETTER!

This store is so poorly run. I normally shop at HEB but this store is closer to my house and I was in a hurry. Big mistake.

Today was my first time doing Instacart and every body was sooo helpful Mirian amazing was nice polite and super , Ruth in the bakery area help me a lot super nice person but SYED the cashier was extremely rude I didn't know that he had to scan my phone before starting the order and to my great regret he had to do it twice, even I apologized, he started throwing everything away and stated "you have to tell me before or you don't know" I I felt so bad because there were more people and although I am working, in the end it is a sale for his company and there is no right to treat a client like he did. I hope someone reads this and considers my opinion.

Eliza’s attitude is something else. Immediately said she couldn’t help us then called the manager and the manager said she could. So she just continued with an attitude the whole time. Definitely shouldn’t be the face of customer service

This store lets marketers wander around and pitch internet, cable, power, phone or something. Did not talk to them. Very annoying. We go there to the grocery store. Surprised Corp lets this happen.

It's simply getting better all the time since Tom was left the store. From the deli to the dairy to the meats to the bread and condiments to the produce and floral dpmts to the isles to the pharmacy and last but never least is the most widely used but most least appreciated is the customer service and check out lanes (self checkout especially included). I'm just saying that if you've been frequenting this store half as long as I have, you've noticed the change.Wes, we miss you!Tell 'em Tyger sent you.

this kroger is mid overall. they could use more organic/non-gmo stuff throughout. they have a decent chocolate selection. wish they had more in their fresh juice section. has the essentials.

Have been going to this Kroger for a while but it’s not up to par. It hasn’t been up to par for a while (meat produce and seafood can be shaky/old/expired). We had an issue where the sticker on some items we purchased indicated a BOGO promo but the scanner was not picking it up. The cashier called for assistance from the manager on duty a “Tytianna” (however it’s spelled). Tytianna took approximately 15-20 minutes to come and assist and was very rude and dismissive. She did not take the time to listen and said, oh it’s mismarked I can’t do anything about it. When we tried to explain further she simply peeled the sticker off and said with an attitude “I’m actually going to take these to the back because I have no clue where they came from”. That was ridiculous, We were being very patient and understanding but that is my last straw. We’ve dealt with the spotty freezers and substandard offerings but poor customer service is where I draw the line. There is literally a better Kroger not even 3 lights down the road. I won’t be back.

I go to the Kroger store on briar forest and dairy ashFord. and I like to be in & out. I don’t like how they have men literally standing at the door trying to sign you up for lights. I feel like it’s harassment because if you tell them no they are still trying to run you down. I come to the store to make groceries not to feel uncomfortable and have people staring at me once I walk through the doors. I don’t even see how Kroger allow this to happen who wants to explain why I don’t want to sign up for lights. I want be visiting this store again. Kroger needs to change this. Oh and self checkout workers are rude
