Second time in 2 months that I have stopped at this Kroger to get gas in my company car and couldn't get a receipt at the pump. No one in the shack outside. Went inside to see if the manager could print my receipt and basically got a sorry can't help you. My Company requires receipt for expense report. Have to eat $70 bucks that could have been spent on groceries in the store. I actually thought it was a legal requirement to produce receipts. Pretty sad that some lazy person didn't bother to change the paper. What happened to customer service.

I love going to this Kroger!! I can find fresh and a variety of produce, and my favorites: Plant Based and Vegan options ❤️❤️❤️. The personalized coupons are an extra. 7 years and counting! Pure love!

I forgot my Kroger card and for the first time in all the time I have been shopping at this store they told me that they couldn't sell it to me because I didn't bring it.

Store does answer the phone. Often out of stock for numerous items. Just unreliable. Needs management turnover.

Do not use this pharmacy. Your meds are going to cost less anywhere else. And your experience could be WAY better anywhere else. Kroger pharmacy is a waste of your time and money

Mother’s Day weekend, 9 am and not one register open. I had easy $400 bucks of groceries that I spent about an hour collecting from all over the store. I asked the guy watching the self check out and he said the cashier was in the bathroom. I waited 10 mins while several employees were wandering around the front end. After another 5 mins I gave up. This is the closest grocery store to the house and it has been on a decline for quite sometime. I can’t believe they have a manager that can’t staff more than one cashier for Mother’s Day Weekend? No manager on duty to talk to? Ridiculous.
Update: At HEB on Hwy 6 now and EVERY Register is OPEN and they all have sackers.

Sure would be nice if management was punctual. They sy they open at 6am, yet here we stand after 6am waiting for them to unlock doors.
