This location is absolutely filthy. Beyond the poor maintenance, much of the produce is unsafe to purchase - onions infested with flies, browning lettuce, and raspberries contaminated with worms. Unacceptable!

Customer service sucks they know they need at least two people behind the counter. Lines be long, no help on the floor and when you do ask for help the employees have an attitude. Mainly customer service they have all the old slow people behind the counter with no assistance it’ll be nice to have someone who can at least move faster by respecting customers time. This is horrible

This location need to get shut down. I bought some meat from there and it was rotten. I live too far to bring it back. I can't get anyone on the phone to inform a member of management. This store has really went down over the years. Everything about this place is so ghetto. I swear I am so pissed. I should have written a review years ago. HEB me please!!! This is a review from today June 17, 2025. This is my third time buying meat and it was spoiled. Michael the new store manager was absolutely rude as hell. I will not be shopping here ever again. He told me it's not his fault for having bad meat.

If I could give a zero, I would. Just left the deli where I was going to get 1lb of meat cut. All the cutting machines had old meat on them, and the one they were getting ready to cut my order on had about 10 flies sitting on it. ABSOLUTELY GROSS AND WILL GET SONEONE SICK. WHERE IS THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT?! The manager was notified, and he said they were supposed to clean them between each use. I told him he needed to get rid of the flies. Disease infested.

I used to come to this Kroger all the time cuz it's convenient to where I live after today I won't be back there's some black lady wandering around the parking lot and she goes back and forth between Walmart and Kroger asking for money and when you tell her no she gets verbally aggressive with you and cusses you out and nothing's been done about it I will not be coming back to the store

Had to pick up a Western Union. I had to write all the information down, apparently verbal communication is not acceptable here. Her response was 'Everyone works differently'. I'm glad there wasn't a line, you would be here all day. Suggestion, use another location.

Please check your dog treats this expired on Jan 25 of this year 2024! I just brought this yesterday for my puppy. Luckily I checked before feeding it to her. These treats are not cheap and sadly lost my recipe. Luckily I saved us a trip from the ER.
