Unprofessional customer service. Called to ask a question and they acted like it was the most burdensome thing ever and like I was stupid. Might wanna train your employees on how to answer the phone and talk to potential customers.

I visited this store today for the last time! Occasionally I go to this store on Sunday morning and usually go through the cashier checkout line. The same cashier is usually there and she is ALWAYS rude. I have her name but decided not to post it. First let me say that I am a 79 year old senior citizen who is well aware of grocery store etiquette and this was just the last of many rude encounters with this cashier. Today the customer in front of me had TWO items left in her basket when I placed the bar to separate orders on the conveyor belt, planning to hold the bar until she was finished. The nazi cashier loudly announced that her customer was STILL unloading groceries, implying that I was infringing on the person's rights, and needed to remove the bar. It is frustrating enough that grocery Items that you need are out of stock and what you do buy is outrageously expensive, but having to deal with a rude cashier is a bit too much for me.

This Kroger is always over priced and doesn't have half of what I'm looking for so I don't come to it often. But what really pushes me over the edge is that during a formula shortage and people are doing their best to feed their babies they will NOT accept back unopened unused formula cans. Obviously when you can't find formula anywhere you have to buy more than one can at a time unknowing if your baby will accept what you buy (bc your formula may or may not be available anywhere). Not even accept for a gift card or exchange. THANK YOU KRIGER FOR BEING SO SUPPORTIVE DURING SUCH A DIFFICULT TIME FOR PARENTS.

Always out of the brand of water I buy. I miss Randall's. Come here if you want to have experience like you're an ACTUAL employee because self-checkout is really all they have. (It's gonna be everywhere eventually) But, this store literally only ever has one lane open with an actual cashier.

Unless you harken back to your high school days and would like to work a minimum wage job (but for free), skip this Kroger. There are NO cashiers. Expect to self check all the time and any time. Total failure of customer service.

Yall need to open more checkout lines. This one line deal is getting old. HEB has many lines open at their stores.

I find myself coming to this Kroger's more often since I've had a baby. Weird one might think but let me tell you why. If you get the Kroger's plus card you can save tons on baby food. I am all here for saving because babies are expensive. Happy baby and beechnut are the brands that I purchase and they have a 10/$10 deal. I love heb and primarily go to heb but why don't they have deals on baby food!? They also have stoneyfield organic baby yogurt and I cannot find it at my heb. Kroger's also have more flavor selection in puffs and teething crackers/biscuits. But since I found this out I have ventured a little in other aisles and noticed they have a lot of healthier chip options like veggies puffs, sweet potato chip...I am all here for it! They also stock the dairy free Starbucks coffee creamer and the moolah oatmilk that I love. I can always do self checkout with no line. I can easily come in, get what I need, scan, pay, and out I go. They were even there for me when I completely forgot to buy Easter eggs and prefill them for daycare. They were due that day so I went in to kroger's on my way to pick up my daughter and kroger's had several different prefilled easter eggs! Kroger's, keep doing what you do, stocking my items, keeping the deal on baby food, and you'll keep seeing me!

Do not use the click list- at this store. You will have to wait over 1.5 hours and still not get your order. They do not answer the phone and are rude. The time before this one I was told they did not have something, I went in and there it was on the shelf. It is really horrible service. I am beyond disappointed, so much so that I will now go out of my way to shop at HEB down the street.

I would like to thank the staff at your store for helping my mom find her lost checkbook today. It was a great relief to know that one of your employees found it!

I was just letting you know that Kroger‘s is rationing food when there is no rationing going on if you listen to the United State’s President he said limit things that we have people hoarding not the normal stuff.

I am appalled by the way the management treats their staff - and the level of service in the store has greatly declined, in my opinion. I don't think that they will be around for too long - especially with a great HEB down the street where everyone is courteous and happy. I won't shop here anymore.

Often, when I'm in this store (El Dorado, Houston), I see someone ranting at the customer service window, about poor products, or customer service. Now I know why! I have never before given a review of a grocery store, until now. Many times, I've had to return food, as it's outdated or spoiled. First you have to get through the customer service N*** lady, who immediately wants to shut you down and give you problems, no matter what the issue is. I came in, after a frien
