There was an employee blocking an aisle, headphones in, on their phone, unaware of customers. It made the experience frustrating. I’ve worked in grocery and know it can be done with better customer awareness. Please remind staff to be mindful of the shopping space.

Can you tell the kart boy the African boy to not keep hounding people over the carts, I was trying to put my groceries in the car, he keep harassing me over the basket. I can't put my groceries up!? Also, I drop one bag of groceries because of that stop harassing paying customers!

5:30 pm who ever was the cashier on#7 was quit lazy didnt want be bother by a check so he told me he couldnt take it. Which I knew other places would but he look like he didnt want be bothered.
Come on yall can do better

Baskets are the worst, very slow check out, women wearing just a bikini shopping inside the store , lots of homeless people sitting around... in other words not the best option.

by far the worst kroger I have ever been to, there were absolutely zero carts. I do instacart so I need a cart for large order and no one seemed to know anything about anything. customers were walking around with items up to there necks from lack of carts. I have gone to 3 krogers today and it this one has no excuse for how it's being ran.

So, I'm waiting in line and the cashier walks away to go on break without saying anything leaving us there waiting. We had to tell the manager and she was cordial enough to complete the transaction. This cashier is unprofessional and you can tell that she is also a trash person. I believe her name was Enrikieta or something like that.

Well no carts available to use for shopping..when I asked about carts and associate told me they were in the parking lot if I needed one...then laughed as I went to go get one from the parking lot..way to run people off..also people smoking marijuana at the door...filthy floor inside
