Idk if it’s just this store or whattt. But I get old items all the time. I have to stop buying my child’s snacks from here because she has accidentally consumed old food. Don’t buy your kids snacks from here. Stale cereal, old moldy slim Jim’s, stale goldfish, stale pretzels. I called customer service and they just say “okay, we should have fresh items soon” … so I don’t know what to even think of that.. Don’t get your little ones snacks from here though, seriously. Picture for proof because I don’t write bad reviews.

AVOID THE DISRESPECT AND PRICE GOUGING The lack of customer care is appalling. On 2/10/24 @ 2:30 pm, Alyx in the floral department tried to price gouge me and Eric the assistant store leader backed her up. I was buying a pre-arranged bouquet from one of the many boxes of flowers scattered all over the store, a clear vase, and a mylar balloon. I simply asked a very nice lady named Rebecca (who was awesome by the way) to cut the stems down, add 2 sprigs of baby's breath, and wanted to tie the balloon to the vase. Total cost of items came to $37.98. Rebecca did as i requested. Upon time to print out the label that would include all items, since the vase had to be dug out of the back room, Alyx came up and informed Rebecca that she must add a 1.6 multiplier (40% markup) to the total. Which brought the total to almost $60! When I asked what the hell the 40% markup was for, Alyx very rudely it was for labor. I asked how she thought she could justify that, where that was posted, and how I was supposed to know that since no one had informed me prior to using a pair of scissors to cut the stems and adding 4 oz of sink water and told her out of the 25+ years being a customer I had never heard of this nor been charged this. I requested a store manager be paged and Eric, the Assistant Store Leader approached me. I explained the situation and inquired why I should pay a 40% markup when the hourly employees that are already being paid to be there, and it literally was less than 1 minute of time, and Eric looked me dead in the eye and said it was because it was Valentines and that's just what their markup is today. I pointed out that there was no indication of this being a requirement posted anywhere to inform customers of this "labor" charge, to which he responded " I'm not going to overrule Alyx, she said it needs to be charged, and it is Valentines season, so either you pay it or we will put the "arrangement" in the refrigerator case to sell at that price." I told him I refuse to price gouged or talked to that way, asked for the store number to make a formal complaint to corporate, thanked Rebecca for her time, and went right down the road to another kroger. The other location was mortified to hear my experience at store 374 and verified this was not a corporate policy. I bought the exact same pre-arranged bouquet and vase, had them cut and dropped in the vase just like at the other store, and was charged $25.97. The exact same items were even less! I'm waiting to hear back from store leadership.

Okayyyyyyyyy I hated my customer service yesterday. I bought in frozen chopped onions that my child and friend brought from the store. My friend is an out of towner but my daughter and I have been here over 7 years. My daughter said they got the onions from here so I just brought them back because we needed the onion and pepper trio. I just wanted to exchange the veggies for the ones we needed and I still bought 2 other things to the front to purchase. The customer service agent yells out in front of a long line of customers. MAAM THIS ISNT OURS I SCANNED IT AND IT ISNT OURS. I couldn’t believe it. I only bought it back there because that’s where my child said they went I’m pretty sure she would know what store it was since we shop here often but okay, I was extremely embarrassed like lady you could’ve just said it to me instead of hollering so everybody is looking and staring. I work so I have money to buy freaking vegetables. NEVER AGAIN THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO TRAIN THEIR STAFF ON HOW NOT TO BE IGNORANT SMHHHH

Posted and confirmed hours (confirmed by store via Google; confirmed by store on their website; and confirmed by calling their number on Christmas Eve via recording) show the store is open until 9pm Christmas Eve. However, manager and officer were outside turning people away around 840PM.

Seems to be a trend of unprofessinalism at this Kroger location. A customer service clerk named Ms. Lou was no exception to this disappointing experience today. Not that any of kroger Corporations will care to address or do anything in regards to this continuing behavior from customer service and some cashiers at other locations. I hope they come to realize that training their employees to have better customer service is key to business success.

This has to be the worst store. Lived in the area for almost 30 years, and this Kroger has gone downhill steadily over this time. I waited over one hour to get pick up and the manager wasn’t as sympathetic in getting my order. Found out that they did not have my six items ready when they told us it was going to be ready. I suggest you go somewhere else to do your grocery shopping.

Today, my children almost loss their mother because of the insensitivity and humiliation from Louella on Highway 6 and West Road. I will never go to this store again, except to pay for a fax that I needed to do tonight. I asked Mr. Grant if he could fax some papers for me and I would pay the store back on July 3rd, when I recieved my Disability check. He stated he would do it and don't worry about paying. I get there and I tell Louella that Mr. Grant said I could get the taxes. Then she says she have to let him know how many pages it is because she can lose her job. Asking me if I told him how many pages I had. I told her I didn't finish and have to come back Monday. Then she says I can't get them free. I was humiliated and belittled. There were customers behind me. I had other transactions for 2 senior citizens and she called the next person up. I felt myself about to cry. I tell her I'm going to get fish and come back. I've been coming to this store, since 2015. I go outside and I begin to cit myself. I call my sponsor because I'm on the verge of self destruction. After talking to him, I call Mr. Grant back to tell him how I felt. He was upset because I didn't tell him how many pages I had. He didn't care about how I was treated. I am going to pay for the faced pages and never visit that store again. Very poor customer service.

There grocery carts are noisy and wheels drag. Don't waste money to join a gym instead go to Kroger 8550 hwy 6 N and push carts. You will get a day workout. There manager says it is the corporate office which is not sending carts wheel repair person. My advice is to put the carts in the storage room for repair and keep only good carts outside. When the sales drop the corporate office will wake up.

One of favorite grocery stores. I know a lot of the staff who are very friendly, but even those I don't know are friendly and helpful. Fruits and veggies are fresh and look great. There is a wide variety of foods and other items needed to meet my household requirements.

They NEVER have carts! No matter the time of day or day of week there are no carts. It’s one thing to minimize staff and force people to do self checkout but maybe they should keep the employees to bring in carts OR am I supposed to do that also! Maybe stick the shelves myself is next!
