Watch what you pay. The price tags say one thing then at the register it's much higher.

The pharmacy department and personnel are always so helpful and nice. I believe they find the lowest cost possible for your meds. I have been using them for years and they are the best!

Terrible customer service! At check out Cashier ( Alazaye) had us waiting in line while she chit chatted with her colleague down on another line. After waiting 5 minutes we ask her if the line was open, she proceeded to walk over and start to check us out. After scanning our items, she let them run down the belt. She didn’t even try to bag and left as soon as we paid leaving us to bag the groceries. Absolutely zero effort to work .

I met Victor at the KROGER store and I wasn’t really ready to listen to him, however, he is so personable and very knowledgeable. He was also courteous and very respectful. In addition, I really enjoyed meeting with him and I accepted the promotion. Thank you, Victor.

There needs to be an ATM machine at a business where people buy groceries. This is the first time I’ve ever had a grocery store not have an ATM.

What used to be a fairly reliable store is woefully hit or miss nowadays. It seems as if perishable items perish quickly, the deli team can be miserable or great depending on who is there and half price sushi on Wednesdays is never really half price. So I have begun shopping at HEB. Great selection, better produce and sushi. This Krogers management might want to visit their competitors across the street for some pointers.

I have been trying to use this Kroger store to get away from the HEB across the corner. I prefer this kroger store, its cleaner than HEB, more room in isles, and the HEB is small and the majority of items on shelves are HEB Brand name, but dam, something is wrong with Kroger's management that for some reason keeps it freezing in there. I mean, it was 45 outside with a 36degree wind chill, and it actually felt colder in the store, without the wind.
It's always freezing, checkers wear warm clothes, some with gloves. I rush to grab what I need to get out fast before my finger tips get numb.
I'll try once more, but management must realize when you keep the place so dam cold, people will spend less $ and not pick up extras while they stroll because they're hurrying to get out as fast as possible.
The stores not that great that I could not go back to HEB, at least I don't freeze over there.
It's wrong to fear going in the store because the temps are kept so uncomfortable for shoppers.

This grocery store, like all grocery stores, you need to check expiration dates.
Overall, I am satisfied with this store; some complaints, but more positive experiences.
I will say that the little pies, in the bakery, that are $1.00 should not be unrefrigerated. The last two times I bought the pecan pies, I got violently ill from food poisoning (in my opinion).
Pecan pies are supposed to stay refrigerated!!
The times where they have been out of them, I have asked a bakery attendant directly about them, and they usually have them frozen in their stock room. I truly believe that is the only way to buy them (then refrigerate or freeze them when you get home).
KROGER: please consider keeping your pecan pies refrigerated!!
The only other major issue I have is the fact that they play their music extremely loud, which I know causes many of their customers anxiety.

The woman with the long dark hair that works at customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional. I tried to exchange something that I lost the receipt for, and she looks at me with a big smirk on her face and tells me that Kroger does not accept returns without a receipt. Ummm it plainly says on the Kroger website that returns are accepted without a receipt. I have returned/exchanged items at other Kroger stores with no issues. She obviously just didn't want to go through the trouble of doing the job she is paid to do.
