First off they put the wrong oil in my truck and was suppose to get a 66 dollar refund on my card but the charged it instead. The young man tells me he can’t spells but knows how to use the computer system to credit the charge and didn’t, now I’m going back to now get 132 dollars put back on my card.

I came in for a state inspection and they tried to upsell me by telling me my gas cap failed when it was still brand new. I've come here multiple times and they always seem to find a reason to fail my car and then just happen to have the part I need to pass, but at a 5X to 10X markup. Just scammy business practices all around. I went to another inspection place and passed with flying colors. I won't be back.

Went in for a state inspection, they broke my key fob in the process. They didn't offer any resolution. Simply bad business.

Awful experience - definitely read the reviews. They scam you telling them the engine needs to be flushed. I tried telling them no it was not needed they said it was already done. Up charge you obscenely and try telling you all sorts of things are wrong with your car. Don’t go here. Do not trust them.

Went here for an oil change and inspection on July 31st. Despite them being busy, they were able to work quickly and were very friendly. Honestly, the cost of the oil change was nearly double the cost I typically pay, but they were efficient and quick.Service: Oil change

Upcharge about double the cost of the oil. 5 quart full synthetic cost 133, and when you ask them about it they’re quite rude in their responses. I’ve been coming here for years but will no longer.

I went there this morning for an oil change. Specifically said oil change ONLY. The still removed the filters of the air conditioning to try to sell me new ones. I declined. The AC had been working too well before. Now the AC doesn't work. I understand that it's their shtick to sell extra parts and services and the employees are obligated to do this. But there's also a need to respect the customer's wishes and requests. My request was only for a quick oil change.

The second I pulled in the crew at Kwik (11th street location) approached and asked how I could be assisted today. Roman was the person that helped out with my state inspection . He was polite, professional and answered all my questions. Man deserves a pay raise or bonus! I will be returning to this location for all future car needs! Stop by and let these guys help you out.

Oil change service was done in less than 10 minutes, and I quickly found out why.My oil was drained, the oil filter was not replaced and new oil was not added.This almost burned up my engine, do not bring your vehicle here.Service: Oil change

Just left this kwik car. Have been coming here for years. The employees are absolutely so kind, generous and helpful and I know each of them as I always love to strike up friendly conversation with them. However I witnessed the manager upon arrival mistreat and disrespect an employee with force and arrogance. When I brought it up to the manager and the owner who happened to be inside, they proceeded to walk out in the middle of me talking. The owner also proceeded to stone wall me, interrupt me and ignore me when I inquired about the bullying and extremely unprofessional behavior. It makes me extremely uncomfortable to witness employees who are so kind and docile be treated with such disrespect and callousness. Everyone knows that happy employees generate good and optimal services to customers when treated with respect and decency. I’m really disappointed and saddened to see people being mistreated simply because of hierarchy. Poor training and lack of support to employees from employers means poor and incorrect services- which makes sense as I read everyone else’s reviews. It all starts from the top and everyone knows this. It is the owner and managers responsibility to set and maintain the ethical tone. I hope this establishment can reconsider their methods of professionalism and decent respect.
