This is no longer Kwik Kar it's a valvoline and they charge to much for a synthetic oil change. I got to Kwik Kar and they are awesome and cheaper

I stopped here by accident and highly recommend them for their kindness and service. I got a flat right outside Kwik Kar and as soon as I pulled in a gentlemen by the name of Jared. Walked up immediately and told me that he could help and change it for me. He had it changed quicker than I could and only took a handshake for his help. If this is a reflection of their service then I would trust them for other services. Thank you Jared!

I strongly advise against engaging in any business dealings with these individuals! They have engaged in dishonest practices and are untrustworthy. Roscoe, the mechanic, not only stole parts from me but also abruptly quit, leaving without providing a receipt for the parts. To make matters worse, the manager, Anthony Oeltjen, initially acknowledged the delivery of my parts but then shifted blame onto his employee, despite being fully aware of the situation. This kind of behavior is unacceptable from a manager.
Despite my attempts to escalate the issue by contacting the regional manager, Michael Lee, he failed to return my calls, even after recognizing who I was and which vehicle we were discussing. This lack of response leads me to believe that these actions are not isolated incidents but rather a common practice within their business. I am eager to speak with the owners directly, as I suspect that these individuals are withholding funds from the company. I have gathered evidence and photos to support my claims. I will make a police report.

Brought to them a reliable driving vehicle. Left with a vehicle that can’t be driven. Never take your car here!! They are total idiots!!Installed brake pads backwards. Cost thousand(s) to replace roters(@ Mercedes dealership) which got destroyed due to the incorrect install. Plus I had to purchase new brake pads twice within 48 hours.Left 12 messages for the owner/GM with a consistent promise of call back. Never received a call. I even went back to the Kwik Kar(45 minute drive from my home). I was told it would be 15 minutes. After two hours still a no show and I finally left.

Helped me diagnose a problem and didn’t charge me. Then sent me to autozone for the solution. They looked out for me rather than trying to charge me. Much appreciated.

Great Customer Service by Mr. Patrick! No matter the weather conditions, he helped me out. Quick oil change in and out in about 20 minutes!
