Had been going to the Medical center location that abruptly closed. Equipment there was up to date. Plenty of space. Now have to go to Greenway location. Yuk ! Machines have exceeded their useful life; rusty/clanky. Move the stuff from the Med Center location and freshen up the place !!

This place is a complete POS. Facilites completely downhill over the last 2-3 years. You have to go in person to cancel but you have to do in person when a manager is working. I’ve called multiple times and shown up multiple times and the manager is “mysteriously” not working when I show up. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. They will not receive another penny from me.

Great gym for the price, but not as nice as a LifeTime Fitness. It feels spacious, clean, and there is a decent selection of free weights and machines. People complaining about the facilities should go to a club that cost $150 a month or try the 24hr or other LA in the area. Signature club is decent, but not a spa.The sauna here, at least for the men, has only one level on one side. So in half of the room, you can't get high enough. It should be added

Ridiculous that this is an LA fitness “signature club” and they’re less equipped than the surrounding regular LA fitnesses I’ve seen around Houston. “LA fitness signature club” is a joke because it seems almost every time a gym is marked signature club it has way older equipment than the regular LAs. Where are the olympic platforms? The regular LA on Yale is getting them and not the signature club??

I had a bad experience at la fitness westtimer street as the Spanish customer service agents /front desk seems very vicious and not sure also they don't speak much English etc ? defentely should not be there unless there is no other gym in Houston , manager also supports not welcoming front desk it's crazy do not good at all !!

This la fitness shouldn't even be a signature club . Just because you have towel services doesn't make it a signature club . They have like 2o treadmills and half dont work . How Long has it been since this gym has been upgraded? The restrooms are dirty . Also couldn't find one clamp to use on the bars . As i stated this gym location doesn't live up to a signature club.

Good gym. Great price. Cardio equipment tends to be out of order often. But who needs cardio???

I personally enjoy this LA Fitness. It conveniently located right by plenty of restaurants, shopping stores and a Costco. The gym is well spaced out, so it never feels crowded even when there's a lot of people. All the equipment seems to be well maintained and in order. It's a great location to swing by if you need a quick workout while on break or out shopping or a good spot to make your new home gym location.

We got a 2 day trial online but didn't use it right away. Every day someone called and texted me multiple times which was kind of annoying, but whatever. After 3 days, we went in to try out the gym. The guy at the front made us fill out a sheet about our goals and then we had to wait for a sales associate. I mentioned that we had already taken our pre workout and if we could meet with someone after instead, but we were told that wasn't allowed. Eventually, we were greeted by the sales associate who asked for IDs and led us to his desk. He immediately said that I couldn't use the trial because I had an out of state ID. I told him I could show him my lease or utility bills and that I had been here for a year, just hadn't gotten a new ID, but he said that those wouldn't suffice. He said I would have to pay a day fee to use the facility or buy a membership and then cancel it if I didn't want it. Really frustrating considering no other gym in the area is that stringent about trails. Ended up trying out/getting a membership at 24 Hour Fitness.

Basketball court AC was broken and they consistently shut down the court. Now I find out they remove one of the baskets so no more full court. The pool has structural damage and been closed for years because Costco won't close their autoshop for repairs to take place. They charge extra for amenities. Many of the machines are broken.Just find a different location.

This is the worst gym I have ever been to. It is as hot as in hell, they are saving on electricity. After you shower and get dressed, you need another shower. I get out of that place sweaty and smeared make up after the shower. And as if that wasn't enough, they save on staff too. I worked out yesterday, showered, and tried to dry myself, I turned around, and there was a male custodian in the ladies' locker room picking up wet towels. I asked him what he was doing in the ladies' locker room, and he answered like it was normal: "I'm picking up towels" Is this place a joke? There are women from different religions and backgrounds, for example, Muslim women being seen nude by a male is against their religion. Be aware of this place.
