The tacos with beef fajitas were good. The sweet bread was also good. The kitchen lady was kind of rude and had an attitude. The cashier lady was kind. -1 star because the store smells weird.

I took my daughter there to get a torta sandwich (if I'm saying it correct) no 1 spoke English and there was a very nice man that translated everything to the lady behind the counter. A1 all the way!

They need to do better in the meat department.

This is my local meat market and have been a customer longer than it's been a michoacana. It was La Fugata Carneceria before and they had great service. my issue with them is they are a meat market that does not cut meat for their customers. I ordered 3lbs of fajita today and asked the young gentleman to cut it for me and I showed him the size I wanted with my hand. He said it would not be a problem and wrapped it up for me. when I get home, the meat was in two huge pieces and I had to cut on the grill. You would think them being a meat market they would understand that cutting meat for customers is the basic service of their business.

What kind of quesadilla has melty cheese sprinkled AFTER you add fajita, crema, and lettuce? More like a soggy as hell burrito. I even told the lady I asked for a quesadilla, that's not a quesadilla. Not coming back for food.

Pretty bad service, they try to sell bad meat, isn't the first time, the manager know, is so bad they try to scam people with bad products, the meat look so good in the front, but when you make the order, they put meat from other basket, bag or box. I don't know how this location still without legals problems.

Very rude service at the food counter. Not to mention it smells like dirty mop water mixed with fabuloso. Avoid buying your food here at all costs.

Today I ordered a fajita plate to go, when I got home to eat the meat was cut up into tiny pieces. I have never experienced this at any michoacana or any other meat markets for that matter. Also the time they take to prepare plates is ridiculous and they give you one sauce for all the food.

Extremely RUDE. I called at 8:50pm and the first time someone answered and I asked what time the taqueria opens/closes because when I went around 5:50pm they said it was closed. The person hung up in my face after I asked the simple question. I then called 3 times and nobody answered. The 4th time someone different answered and I asked the same question and they hung up in my face. I then called two more times and someone answered again saying "we're closed" and hung up in my face. The unprofessionalism and rude behavior will NOT be tolerated. Now if I go up there and match their energy then it's going to be an issue. I will NEVER spend my money in a horribly ran establishment. I will be going to a different location. Do not come here. Do not give them your money. Do not support an establishment where it's okay to be rude to customers. The lack of decent customer service is uncanny. Do better.

This place used to be my go to place but it's been going more and more downhill. Prices have sky rocketed and then tonight happened. Online it says they close at 930. The Front door says they close at 930. I Showed up at 853 and when I tried to open the door it was locked while people were still inside at the registers. I only wanted to grab some limes real quick but i was told that I couldn't come in because it was 5 minutes till 9. I understand it was almost time to go but you don't close until it's time to close. Luckily there are some newer and better michoacanas located elsewhere.

Bottom line this is an oversold place with no management at all. Walked in butcher is washing walls with a water hose and ignoring the customerCustomers in front of me looking at me. I walked out I believe that they as a franchise are actually in another business as to say non food establishment. It’s a shame in Houston they could be gold to the community rich ready for a food services.
