My family and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Upon entering the hotel it smelled so wonderful and welcoming. The front desk clerk, Alex, checked us in quickly which we were very grateful for after a delayed flight. Thanks Alex!! We had a room on the first floor which was modern and clean. The complimentary breakfast was filling. We used the free airport shuttle once which was very convenient to help us pick up our rental car. Ashley at the front desk helped to print a document I needed. In addition, when requesting extra pillows and towels, Ashley was there to assist again. Thank you Ashley!! The hotel also had an overnight security guard who stayed in the lobby. The only con was that the gym was under renovation, but hey who needs a gym when you’re on vacation. I just slept in and got some much needed rest. When visiting the Houston area again, we will definitely stay here.

the super.com deal doesn't work in this hotel (it might be a scam), but to their credit, if you call them (super) and wait long enough for a rep, and are courteous, they do refund you. From this we can learn that it sometimes pays to be polite and patient.

This location has become our ONLY location we'll use when traveling to Houston, Texas. The entire hotel smells amazing, the rooms are spotless and stocked with all needed essentials, and the defining factor is the front desk staff. If like to mention Ashley specifically for her outgoing and friendly personality, her professionalism in handling all situations and her willingness to go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. It's Ashley that makes us feel at home when we're here! Thank you Ashley and the entire staff! See you all soon!

Safety: Safety sucks my truck was broken into tonight. I was parked 60' from the front door infrastructure of a security camera. Front desk really didn't care just said wow sorry. Park at your own risk even under a security light won't save you

Worst experience with this hotel. Such rude staff. There was some billing issue one time. Next time they denied me checkin even after advance payment.
A very horrible experience at this hotel....I would never recommend anyone staying here. The customers don't matter at all to the hotel owner, manager, and the staff here.

The hotel itself is fine, the room comfortable and clean. The problem with this hotel is the noise from the adjacent road is extremely loud. Impossible to get a good nights sleep with the combination of road noise and airport noise

Shuttle Service: 5 AM – 10 PM
Upon arrival at the airport and after collecting your luggage, please call the hotel at (281) 219-2000. Inform the front desk of your terminal, and they will dispatch the shuttle for pickup. The shuttle typically arrives within 10–20 minutes, depending on traffic.
Pickup Locations:
Terminal A – Door 115
Terminal B – Door 103
Terminal C – Door 105
The shuttle runs hourly (e.g., 6 AM, 7 AM, etc.). Uber fare from the hotel to iah is approximately $12.
Additional Notes:
Breakfast is available starting at 6 AM, but was not served at that time on your departure day.
Hot water issues is not really hot
Room odor remains a recurring problem.

Great room for the price.
The breakfast a bit tame and boring.
The area is very metropolitan with nothing special in the area, but nice close to the airport which was the purpose

In the first place, many thanks to Amy and Alex for their amability in the reception. The perfect apartment: impeccable rooms, spacious rooms and comfortable rooms, all extremely clean. Además, the transport service between the airport and the hotel is excellent and practical. ¡Definitivamente volvere!

The location is great, the hotel smells nice, and it's quiet, but that's where the pros end. Do not visit this location if you need warm showers. The shower water was barely warm enough to bathe in. All four days of our stay, the water was cold, very uncomfortable. My niece and daughter-in-law, who were two floors below us in another room, reported the same. The elevator does not feel safe at all.
Rooms: The room was average. I went over all surfaces with lysol wipes when I got there and can honestly say it seemed pretty clean. The wipes were coming back clean, which made me feel a lot better. On the other hand, my niece and daughter-in-law requested a room change upon arrival as their room was not clean. The toilet was dirty, and bed sheets were wet and had hair on them. They were moved pretty quickly but did not feel comfortable.
Safety: The elevator shifts and makes a very concerning sound when you step in.
Noteworthy details: I would not recommend it to anyone and will not be staying here again.

BEWARE! Stay away from this place. Go somewhere else. The manager (the one with Indian accent) was very rude, lazy, nonprofessional and has no sense of business at all.
They charged our card, the bank confirmed but their software couldn't confirm. All we asked was options to handle this. We can wait to see if it went thru and let us check in, we're not gonna go anywhere, they can keep ID or something, there are ways to handle it. if needed, then swipe the card again but the manager insisted saying that we didn't pay and has no idea how to handle the situation properly and I asked what if it double charged us, can you do a refund, the answer I received is "no idea", what in the world!!
If you have some common sense, all people dislike is not about the money part but the principle here, do the right thing.
All he needs to do is just say if it charged wrong, then try to fix it, refund or something. No, he chose to put the blame on the customers instead.
I can't imagine how that manager got hired at first place, he should be fired or he will run the business to the sewage.
The front desk lady was good tho, calm and respectful, she tried to help, did everything right, it's just not something that she can make decision. But the manager is a failure.
