I arrived a little after 4pm and their door was locked up tight! If you want to stop operating at 4pm then change your operating hours accordingly!!! When I worked in a lab it was acknowledged that you would close the door at the end of operating hours and finish serving the clients that were still waiting inside! Very annoyed 😒 Never coming back here again!

The women who work there are wonderful. The location is terribly understaffed, which is corporate's, not their, fault. Niya is especially awesome and so professional.

There is zero receptionist. Just to speak to someone for pricing or assistance you have to put your drivers license on file and then wait an undisclosed amount of time until they call you. Its crazy to do all that just to talk to somebody. There is 1 employee in the whole office and zero receptionist.

Excellent customer service: I came to this location for a pre employment drug screen. The staff were super courteous and displayed true professionalism I would recommend this place.

My daughter is autistic and blind and non verbal for 16 years we have had horrific blood work experiences. My daughter will kick and hit and scream and cry and it usually takes about 4 grown adults to hold her down. For the first time in 16 years today Ms Niya Rhodes Changed our lives! My daughter did not do one thing listed previously here she was happy and smiled and even helped the technician this woman has amazing soul an amazing personality and knows how to do her job incredibly. We've never met anyone like her before as long as she is with lab corp so are we!!!!!!!!

I tried to be nice, say good morning and have a descent visit. I felt like dirt on the wall while being treated like a nuisance. I definitely will look for another lab in the future

I had the best experience at this location! The suite was easy to find, clean, and had a quick check in process. My technician, Niya, was super friendly and did an excellent job. I didn’t feel a thing and was in and out in 10 minutes.

I just had an excellent experience at the Labcorp on 20th street. I had an appointment and I arrived 45 minutes early hoping they weren’t busy. The kiosk checkin worked fine, the waiting area was very nice. Within 10 mins the two other people waiting and myself got in. The tech did a great job drawing my blood. Couldn’t be more satisfied.

Technician needs to improve their skills. I normally go to Quest. Despite that I have thin and deep veins, Quest technicians usually can find my veins.
Decided to visit Lab Corp last week. After inserting the needle, there was no blood. Then this lady started to puncture under my skin 360 degrees. She eventually found my vein. But see how my arm looks like afterwards, not to mention the pains she caused by repeatedly puncturing me under my skin.

Came in for a testosterone blood draw and the staff was completely rude because I didn't have the correct info she wanted on hand... her voice was raised and she sent me away. I even showed her the emails and she said anyone could make an appointment online and the email were not enough.
I called my Dr. Office and had them send over the info she said i needed, but wasn't going back into that place to be stuck with a needle by that rude tech.
So I had my Dr. Move my appointment to the 610 N location, and they didn't require any of the info my Dr. Sent over. The 610 location had me in and out without making me feel like I was breaking some law for getting my blood drawn.
