1/19/2024 update. Did a blood test on 12/12/23. No response from Labcorp regarding results. No response from Sterling (pre-employment background checkers) I finally received word from future employer that the test specimen was damaged and needs to be redone. Four weeks of waiting...now potentially another month of no work.

Latrice was a life saver. I have been trying to get some blood work done since 12/27/2023. I am here on assignment & my out of state Dr faxed in my order. Quest could not get it done after 4 visits. Today one & done --- extra points for a painless stick.

I won't comment on this particular location , but I do want to warn people about another location hidden within a practice at1001 Studewood (also the Heights). if you search for Labcorp on DUck Duck Go, this is the first Labcorp you will see. if will redirect you to the general Labcorp site. if you try to schedule an appointment, this location is not even mentioned. So....I found this odd and seeing that it just a few blocks away, I went to investigate. There is a big sign when you get to the office "Only for patients of Methodist Primary Care Group". "Gto the one on 20th street" - which is disgusting, btw. Something seems very sketchy about this. it's a situation with a captive provider, ripe for kickbacks. Not saying there is, but this seems very sketchy. At the very least it is another unwelcoming attitude that is the Labcorp trademark.

Another lab run by disgruntled employees and bad techs. Also, add a hook to the bathroom. Where are people supposed to hang their bags.

Glad I came to this location, after reading the reviews for the other location near by. They’re located on the 5th floor. I was a walk in, super easy check in and the blood draw was a few seconds I believe Maria helped me very nice. 10/10

TECH WAS WEARING USED GLOVES AROUND THE WHOLE SUITE!! RUN from this place if you do not want to contract a blood borne pathogen. She opened the door 4 times and each time was escorting a patient and the tech still had gloves on.

This message is for the African-American lady at the front desk who turned her badge towards her chest so I won’t be able to see her name but the Hispanic lady called her “Tara or Sarah” if you hate your job, there in 10000 of opportunities out there, go and chase your dream, so you are not this miserable and can stop treating people so badly . Extremely rude and unprofessional behind a fake smile.

A rude tech with an attitude, makes you handle soiled (body fluids) samples without allowing to use protection(toilet paper/gloves). Said: thats what you suppose to do. Will avoid this location for future use.

My blood draw was so smooth. I will be coming back and asking for Toyia. She’s really good.

Walked in before 9 am without an appointment. Very quick and easy check in process, even when I had to manually enter info since I forgot my ID. I was able to get several tests done quickly after providing the paper copy of the order from my doctor. There was a very short wait time- I arrived in the office, checked in, got blood drawn, and was out in 10 to 15 min. Super fast and the staff were very friendly. Bonus that parking was abundant and free, and only a few minutes from parking the office (quicker if you actually know where you're going, unlike me).

Technician needs to improve their skills. I normally go to Quest. Despite that I have thin and deep veins, Quest technicians usually can find my veins.Decided to visit Lab Corp last week. After inserting the needle, there was no blood. Then this lady started to puncture under my skin 360 degrees. She eventually found my vein. But see how my arm looks like afterwards, not to mention the pains she caused by repeatedly puncturing me under my skin.

Took my mother for some labs and the staff was friendly. It was very clean. Check in was easy and wait time was very short. The woman who did my mothers lab was very kind and attentive. She made my mother feel comfortable and assured me she was in great hands. It’s pretty busy but they move efficiently as well as fast. You can also get a fresh hot cup of coffee I’m the pharmacy. Picture below was how we checked in quickly and was prompted on tv screen.

I went here for blood/urine work ordered by my doctor. After signing in I had to wait an hour even though there was only two other people in the waiting room. When they finally called me up the receptionist made a big to do about having to look up my order in their system(my doctor sent it electronically). They gave me my collection containers and I asked if there was any special instructions. They told me it was all on the containers. I spent two days stuck at home during the test and when I returned with the containers I was told they would be worthless because they hadn’t been kept refrigerated the whole time. This had not been stated to me either in person or on the container. This location is awful. If you can just go to Quest labs.
