They close in working hours. There is no notice on door and they do only appointments. If possible find other lab.

Be prepared for unexpected out-of-pocket costs and hidden fees – they're not transparent at all. Their website is constantly having technical issues, making it difficult to access information or make payments. And if you need to contact customer service, good luck! Their call center is only open during limited weekday hours, and even then, response times to emails and calls are incredibly slow and unhelpful. Overall, a terrible experience.

This location is very slow. 30 minutes to take a specimen drop off. There needs to be a better system for medical professionals to come do drop offs. These type of wait times throw off our patient appointments for the entire day

Man they either busted a vein or hit a tendon because I’ve never experienced that much pain during a blood draw and I’ve gotten my blood work done a lot. My arm is still hurting and it’s been a few days. Lady was rude at first but she was sweet a little later on. If she didn’t possibly bust a vein I’d give more stars.

7/19/23: my visit was today.I give this place zero stars.... I was sent here by my doctors office, after waiting for more than 30 minutes finally getting inside, they say I owe money from 2019 and 2020, I don't know much since I thought my insurance covered all blood work but they refused to complete my labs unless I paid 60% of my bill FIRST... this was the tech speaking to another lady while I was sitting in the chair.... this is ridiculous!i'm at risk of a heart attack and they want money first.AND the parking situation is a joke, what they charged me is NOT what is specified on the sign outside.

They don't do drug screenings, lady told me wrong to go to another location and said it'd be open until 5.. get to the other location and they said they only go until 4. The locations in Houston are so disorganized and inconsistent

They don’t do employment screenings after 11:00 am on Saturday. Which is not posted on their site! What if I did want everyone in the office to know what I was there for!
