Made appointment. Showed up at 710am. Door is locked, lights are off, business hours in the door start at 7am. No one answered my call. No note on the door about being closed that day. Called main office, their information shows that location is open that day

Staff wouldn’t help when the kiosk froze after I put in all my information in. There’s so way to know if you are in line or just waiting in the lobby. Some businesses need a front desk person and this is one of them.

They do not have essential and needed facilities for some test to be done on the site, you have to drive 30 minutes to home and drive back for 30 minutes to handover a sample l. Not recommended. Look for other locations.

Check in process was smooth. I showed up and checked in early for my appointment. I was in and out in about 10min. I’m a hard stick but the ladies were nice about it and got the job done. Everybody was professional and happy.

One of a few Labcorps open on Sat which was necessary as my schedule is inflexible. Scheduled appointment in advance and fasted in preparation for the bloodwork. “Our system is down. We can’t fulfill your order.”

Went today while fasting for bloodwork. Seems like staff changed from a few years ago to me.
Arrived at 9:20 for my 10a appt. After checking in digitally, I was called in within 5 mins.
Sat down with billing first. Appreciated the transparency, thus far, at least,??for charging my credit card & for giving me a copy of what I signed.
Bridget & Mahala took me for my tests to a shared room. They put on the divider curtain for privacy, which was great.
I can be a tough blood draw at times. Bridget tried to draw twice. She was kind in her instructions, which I so appreciated.
Mahala took over & diverted my mind by asking in-depth about plans for the day. That did it; 3rd draw attempt was a charm. ?☺️ Will keep the technique in mind for the future. ?
Overall, professional & kind encounter at this appointment. Thank you, ladies!

Was inside 15 minutes after my appointment time. The staff were professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

The Floater that is there today was amazing. She was pleasant. Her whole interaction was very professional & nice. Now the lady that opened the building with the braids, short & overweight wasn’t. She seems to not be in a good mood & was clearly seeing I was having some issues logging in and never stopped to offer customer service just walked off like lady figure it out yourself. It’s 7am and you woke up unhappy

1. They won’t answer the phone. 2. The older, obese lady named Renee will not let you talk. She will cut you off, she has no compassion and is extremely rude. 3. It needs to be stated somewhere on their website the drug screen urine Samples are cut off at a certain time. Why are you open for a whole hour after drug screens are cut off and it’s not listed anywhere? Extremely unprofessional and unorganized organization.

I went to take a drug test but there were no drugs for me to test. Very misleading. Won’t be going back.
