I just had my 3-hour glucose test done here and I need to give the biggest THANK YOU to Bridget who took care of me.
I get very nervous with needles and blood draws, and she was truly an angel. From the moment I walked in, she was kind, uplifting, funny, and made me feel safe and comfortable. She didn’t just treat me well, I watched her treat every single patient with the same warmth and care the entire time I was there.
You can tell she was made for this profession. We need more people like her in the medical field. She made a stressful experience actually feel human and comforting. I’ll never forget how she made me feel today. Thank you for being you Bridget 🤍
I also want to add that I’ve always had a good experience at this location, everyone here has been incredibly professional and kind.

Every time I need bloodwork I get stressed out because I know they need to try more than ones, at least 3 times to get my blood since It's very difficult for them to find my vein, even at the hospital most of the time they ended up using an ultrasound. I went to this Labcorp location, and they have a person named Lorenzo who helped me, He found my vein the first time he tried!!! and trust me, it's very difficult. He has years and years of experience, I don’t remember exactly how many years he said, I believe more than 20yrs! and I can say he is a dedicated and a professional person! I'm so glad he was there! He's a very kind, very smiley person who made me feel very comfortable. Thank you, Lorenzo, for being who you are, God bless You Always. 👏🏻

Today, a staff who picked the phone was so unprofessional. I ask a simple question and she try to rush me off the phone. This is unacceptable.

Your website can specify if you do or do not do drugs tests it’s 2025. Then the tech knew of no locations that would do a drug test after 4.

My doctors ordered the bloodwork STAT and they clearly just ignored it. Unacceptable and not professional. Waiting on literally life or death blood work results and would never trust to come here again even though it’s super quick and convenient.

I rarely leave reviews, but our experience at this lab was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. My wife and I visited for a pregnancy urine test. We checked in, scanned our IDs, and were called in quickly. We told the staff exactly what test we needed, and they instructed us to purchase it online, which we did. They said results would be available in two days.
The next day, we got an email saying the results were ready, but we could only access them through a patient portal after uploading our ID through a third-party website. We were uncomfortable sharing personal identification with a company we’d never heard of.
We tried calling the office multiple times over 15 calls before someone finally picked up. Unfortunately, the woman we spoke to was rude and dismissive, telling us there was no other way to access the results.
Eventually, we uploaded the ID against our better judgment. When we saw the results, we realized they had done the wrong test a routine urinalysis, not a pregnancy test.
We attempted to call again another 10 times but no one responded.
This entire process was a waste of time and money, filled with poor communication, zero accountability, and unprofessional service. We will never return here, and I highly recommend others look elsewhere.

Great experience. Had to come because of Hope Clinic and the staff was patient with me and not too rough. Check-in was on a kiosk and not too long. Very spaced out so people aren't in your business. Keep up the great work.

Jan 18, 8am. I arrived and checked in using the kiosk. I did not know which option to select, I clicked OTHER and waited to be called. Appx 10 mins later, I was seen, blood drawn, and on my way! Lorenzo and his team are pleasant. The facility is clean. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Note: Call ahead or verify (during the appointment process) WHICH TEST you need! The facilities may or may not collect for ALL types of tests. Today, this facility (12121 Westheimer Rd Ste 203, Houston, TX 77077, USA), was not able to collect for a 'drug screening'. (My test was health related, fasting.)
