Worst location!! I have gone to other LabCorp locations and I had the worst experience. Avoid doing your lab work here. It took me more than an hour to get my lab work done and the staff was not helpful at all.

I was really nervous coming in for bloodwork because I’ve always had a problem with people not being able to find my veins and I hate being poked multiple times, so I told emily about this issue and assured me everything would go smooth and it sure did! While I was sitting there all nervous she told me she had already found it and was almost done. I will definitely be coming back here for bloodwork in the future!

Not great vibes from staff, and they don’t listen. Went for blood work and showed them which vein to draw from since it’s a regular issue. He kept telling me no and ended up poking me in 3 other places til he finally found a vein and now I have 3 big sore bruises. I won’t go back to this location. Some people go to work and treat patients with kindness and dignity, this was not that .

Easily made an appointment online. Clinic is clean, and although I arrived way early, they called me within a couple minutes. I told Emily needles make me nervous and she distracted me the entire time. She’s super gentle and honestly I barely felt a prick! She was personable and friendly.

Went on this clinic feb24 2025 for my labs that I need for my ivf, on my paperwork says I need STAT, the lady said they don’t run STAT I said okay she said you’ll live, guess what date is today? March 10 and i already finished my ivf, this clinic still haven’t posted or sent me my results, if you’re doing ivf don’t come here for your bloodwork

Disappointing experience at this Labcorp
I understand how frustrating last-minute clients can be, as I’ve been in that position myself. However, a little professionalism and courtesy go a long way. Instead of being dismissive, a simple acknowledgment of the situation would have made a difference. I hope this location works on improving how they handle situations like this while maintaining a level of respectful communication—I was there for a drug screening test & the check-in kiosks weren’t working. During that time a couple already there called for assistance twice. At 4:01 PM, Emily refused to check me in claiming I wasn’t there before 4—despite the contrary. Screening test stop at 4:00pm, unbeknownst to me at the time. Again, I understand that cut-off times exist and that last-minute clients can be frustrating, Mrs Emily was very dismissive while in front of others which felt very disregarding.

I went to get some tests done for the annual checkup that my insurance covered and they still charged me. I've been calling for 4 days and they don't answer the phone. The lady that did the tests was rude the whole time. She directed me to the bathroom to do the urine test and when I came out of the bathroom she was nowhere to be found and didn't give me any instructions on if I needed anything else or if I could leave. Horrible experience.

Don’t even bother making an appointment. I arrived early, signed in but was in the restroom when they called me back (still before my appointment time). My name got erased from the check in board and I had to wait with the other walk ins and go to the back of the line. Next time I’ll just walk in and wait because there’s no point to plan ahead.

Worst experience ever at a lab Corp. The black young man wearing his black or blue track suit was extremely rude and lied to my face several times claiming they had called my name when HE never did as I was sitting in the waiting room for over 15min after checking in once. So I proceed to check in again since my name disappeared from the waiting list screen. He never stepped back out to call my name again, just proceed to delete my name from the list. Once I finally got my blood drawn the young lady was very nice and professional. I truly hope the gentleman sees this review, DO BETTER!

Lady in the front was rude, think DMV, government employee stereotypical attitude. No eye contact, no smile, just someone who clearly has no patience and should probably retire or fine another job. They should have a sign on the window use the kiosk instead of just telling everyone. The kiosk was easy to use, no sure why people have problems with it. I was seen very fast as a walk-in. The young male phlebotomist was great, friendly enough and found my vein right away which many have difficulty with. Giving 3 starts because I think customer facing experience is very important. Employees are rude because they are allowed to be.

Usually scared to get labs done due to being a hard stick but Emily did so good & took care of me so well!! 10/10 would recommended this location, make sure to call and ask if Emily is working. She’s been doing this for years and made this experience seamlessly perfect for me!
