I wanted to share my feedback regarding my recent visit on [date]. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing, and I believe it’s important to bring this to your attention. While I came in with high expectations, I was met with unprofessional behavior from the staff, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Additionally, after having my hair done, I noticed by the next morning that my hair was severely damaged despite following the provided aftercare instructions. I trust your salon to provide high-quality service, and this experience did not meet that standard. I hope you take this feedback constructively to improve both your customer service and the quality of your treatments.

Great service all around! My my haircut and balayage have already gotten a lot of complements. Ms. Jennifer is so amazing, and all the ladies that work with her. Thsi was definitely 10/10. I will definitely be back.

I hadn't cut my hair in 4 years and it was all the way to my behind. So I wanted a change and she was very nice and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. Cut it to my shoulders and gave me mocha brown highlights. Great price! For the cut and highlights. Quick and clean place. Recommend to anyone needing a hair cut change or even color!

The lady who cut my hair was extremely rude to me during my whole hair cut, she made my hair uneven and missed most of my dead ends. There were bugs crawling in the right corner ?? -0/10 experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!Services: Haircut

Just noticed the place, was able to get a walk-in. I can’t believe what a great salon this is. Clean, great customer service. Who knew they also sold excellent collection of vacadero western hats and clothing, and tasteful boots? Charming people…I felt like I got a stylish cut that was also very fast and efficient. Now that I am reading they are mother and daughter, I wish I would have tipped 100% Next time!
