Mr Emmanuel is the best store manager, his customer service is like no other . I appreciate all their efforts to accommodate their clients . Wished they had a larger selection of clothing.

I came to this store 5 days ago with a friend.There was 30% on everything in the store.I chose a grey polo. We were just us ( 2 people) in the store.At the time of paying, another customer enters the store by speaking very loudly directly to the cashier and looking for a sweater.I waited because the cashier finally did not take care of me but of her. I don't know if he knew her but I found it rude.Finally he takes care of finishing with my purchase. And then he tells me "there is no 30% on this color".I tell him that the posters say 30% on the whole store and moreover his colleague who went to look for the polo confirmed it to me.He tells me “no!”. So finally with his rudeness I decide not to take the polo.He threw it aside and continued to deal with the customer who seemed much more important than me. Neither a look nor a goodbye from him. Very bad reception and a very bad experience in this store!

I’m a travel nurse that like to visit stores during my assignments in different cities. When I visited this store I was treated rudely by the door man! I was in line following the safety guidelines when the person in front of me left the line, went to another store and returned within 10 mins. The whole time I remained in line but the door man allowed the man and a female companion to jump me although they got out of line. I brought it to his attention and he just stared at me like a mute, didn’t respond back and closed the door in my face. I felt as if the situation was racially influenced! Once I was able to enter the store I didn’t even want to spend my money at that particular location due to how I was treated. The whole time I was in the store the person whom jumped me in line laughed and spoke in a different language. Needless to say, I’ll never purchase anything else from Lacoste!!!!

the line is one hour to enter! the attention inside is fatal, the salespeople very slow and little staff are they crazy? They only allow 2 people inside the store I advise buyers to go elsewhere

Beautiful store located in the Galleria. I just went to purchase face masks as they carried some. Staff was extremely professional and adhering to the COVID rules.

Terrible experience with customer service. I wanted to try on a couple of shirts, however the representative was all onto me with a terrible attitude, urging me to choose the size of the shirts I wanted. He then came back with a couple of shirts and told me that I couldn’t try them on the fitting room because they were “about to close”, so I had to try them over my clothes. I understand no one likes staying late because there are still some customers in the store trying out clothes, but who buys a $100 shirt without properly trying it out? I left the store angry and deeply disappointed about such terrible service.
