I’ve been coming to this place for a long time and I’m a regular customer. Normally, ordering a hookah has never been a problem.
Unfortunately, during my last visit, an employee named Armina refused to give me a hookah and kept insisting on unnecessary conditions that were never required before. The way she spoke was rude and unprofessional.
When I asked to speak with the manager, she told me that even if the manager came, she would still not give me the hookah, which was very surprising and disrespectful.
This experience left a bad impression, especially since I usually enjoy coming here. I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving customer service.

came to this place like I always do. I’m a regular customer and usually when I ask for a hookah, there are no problems at all.
This time was different. An employee named Armina refused to give me a hookah and kept insisting that I had to order it in a specific way, even though this has never been an issue before. Her attitude and the way she spoke were rude and unprofessional.
When I asked to speak to the manager, she told me that even if the manager came, she still wouldn’t give me the hookah. That response really shocked me and made the experience very uncomfortable.
I’ve always had good experiences here, which is why this situation was disappointing. I hope management addresses this and improves how customers are treated.

Very bad service. We had party of 20 people. Reservation was made a head of time. They put us in the corner where not enough seats for everyone. Not willing to accommodate us anywhere. We waited for more then hour finally left. Very rude. They knew we had reservations but not willing to accommodate. You can see in pics with trash they accept us to sit 20 people like that. Took these pics after waiting for one hour.

So instead of properly answering to the phone calls the worker just acted like she could not hear us, with fake “hello” as if the line was cutting off. Just say it out loud that you don’t take reservations through call then, no need to be all petty and fake

I was a little disappointed due to my dish was overseas ones. As walk ins there was no way to dine outside so we had to eat inside. The staff was friendly though.

The food was so delicious, I emptied the entire plate. The strawberry banana smoothie is the best I've ever had. The service was like any other that I've ever seen. Though, I had a wonderful waitress assigned to me, it felt like every other waitress still inquired if everything was alright. The ambiance was roomy, smelled good and the furniture was a spectacle. I strongly believe as far as valet is concerned that only the front of the business should be used to park customers vehicle and while the back should be self park and with no charge.

Our server was very nice and attentive. I also came on a Tuesday evening so it wasn’t busy at all, I cant speak for the weekend. I liked all the food but, honestly my entree (wrap) was the least impressive. The watermelon drink was delicious, dessert as well.

Good and service were amazing. We came in late night and they still have a table for us after a little wait. Not recommended for little
Kids due to Hookah smokes but still food is really good and service is even better.
