I absolutely love this place. The food was great, then again, I love Middle Eastern food.
The only problem is it took about 20 mins to get my food -- that's too long and this was around 4 pm in the afternoon.
Still, I would go back!
The atmosphere was very relaxing.

Came here only for hookah. Was amazing the staff was on point and quick. I meant to order chai but was too busy doing work while smoking. Definitely my new hookah place. The people and the atmosphere was giving you’re in the Middle East. Very chill crowd. Can’t wait to go back. 🫶🏻

Everything was good the food was amazing but there was that one pale waitress that was wearing a hijab she was super rude to me and my wife and she was giving us very bad looks for no clear reason she made us feel very uncomfortable. Also when we were asking her to have a refill for our drinks she looked at me up and down, rolled her eyes and kept walking. She messed up our date to be honest. My wife and I were in a bad mood for the rest of the day....

Ignored me a few times and for some reason they wouldn't provide the wifi password. They said it's down even though I could clearly see it in the networks. Not sure if they think customers are stupid.

The experience was set on stone by our only Favorite Mr. Yousuf bhai from Bangladesh. He was an amamziiinnggggggg server every time we went there. He never misses out on anything. His service is always on point, he is extremely Informative about the food selection. He is always on point with his suggestions as well.
Never miss out on going to Layal and asking for him.

Low quality of service very slow waitress, after 25 minutes wait waitress came, anyway, we ordered two plates food with side food, bread, and tea, After 45 minutes, they brought one plate of food, which was wrong and very cold, as it was look like leftover food. I told the waitress that we had ordered two plates foods with fries and salad, but he brought rice. He said they didn't have fries at the moment, hahaha. I asked where is the sauce and bread? and he said he'd well bring it, so after 15 minutes wait he brought the tea, and we were still waiting for the sauce and bread. He left again, for 15 minutes, and finally, we decided to cancel the rest of food order. We said we would talk to the manager. After 40 minutes, the manager came. We told him all the stories, The manager said that they were very busy and couldn't attend or keep up, what kind of excuse is this Mr. Manager? so if you can't handle it, why do you take on clients, or customers sir? the food they had brought earlier got completely cold. When we told everything to manager, he said he would replace it the food for us. Ten minutes later, the waiter brought the same food which was completely burned nasty face ahahahh oh no. I don’t where to complain

We came there Monday night they give us cold food and they cooked it last night and manager said he can’t do nothing and we wait for tow hours and the next time they take the food and borne it and bring again the same food it take tow hours to bring the cold food

Such a horrible dining experience. I think we must’ve gotten the worst waiter on their staff named Musfata. Understandably you are taking care of multiple tables but so are all the other waiters that seem to have everything under control. He takes our order without writing it down, we asked for our hummus with fresh pita to come out first before the food. After an hour of waiting he comes back with one dinner plate for my husband with both the wrong sides, the half chicken was cold and dry, the rice was cold. He told us they were out of hummus, they were out of fries, they were out of lentil soup and they were out of tabouleh…. I’m still missing my whole dinner plate and apparently they have no appetizers. 15 minute later he comes back with hummus… and the other dinner plate with again all the wrong sides. Thank god for a server named Jena she was the only useful person there - we got up to leave and she calmed us down and helped us with our issues. Though we still left hungry and unsatisfied Jena made things maybe a little better. But will never be back.
