tia is HORRIBLE. no hello no nothing when you walk in. she just stares you down. she needs to be fired. she’s so rude and unprofessional. she put the label on my bottle extremely crooked and i wanna say she didn’t even bother putting the fragrance in my bottle because all i smell is alcohol. who ever is in charge of this store needs to sit down and speak to miss tia about customer service cause she clearly has none towards people of color ????

I did not have a good experience on a Saturday at this store and will not return. I was interested in new size options (the five-pack samples) and asked about them, but I was completely ignored. I purchased a scent I currently wear and would have considered buying more but I could not wait to exit the store because the vibes were SO BAD. I will not return. Instead, I will go to Saks to purchase Le Labo. Even if the customer service at Saks is not superb, the vibes could never be as bad as they were here. I wish I would have ventured into the Aesop store instead. This is the type of experience where you feel robbed after spending hundreds of dollars on 50 ML or 100 ML of a perfume.

I came earlier in the month with some friends for the cities exclusives, but it was super crowded & the AC wasn't working, so we decided to leave. We came back at the end of the month & the AC was STILL out, which is unacceptable for a store in Texas. It was just a bad experience overall & so we decided to just buy online.

Non-existent customer service. The staff have an ironic sense of arrogance for someone working in retail. I ended up walking into Aesop next store, which has exceptional customer service and proceeded to spend my money there.

Jason was so nice and helpful when my boyfriend and I went in to exchange a gift today. He gave us great info on the signature scents and their new line starting in September. We ended up getting two different scents-Tonka 25 and Thé Noir 29 which both smell sooooooo good. We also got Basil shampoo and conditioner and their hand pomade that feels so creamy and hydrating. 10/10 recommend this location for all your le labo needs.

Today I purchased my first Le Labo fragrance. I have been wanting to get one for quite some time now. Today Jason helped me and wow did he make it a great experience!!
