I brought my daughter and her friend to celebrate my daughter’s pre-birthday. The assistants/toy experts made the experience soo fun for the girls and made us feel confortable, they were VERY patient with explaining all to us and I saw them interacting greeting every customer. I went in to ask for pokemon cards and they actually had some but the prices were absurd lol 14$ for one pack out of an open booster box is insane lol not even the good sets either . They need to lower the prices lol big time

I shopped in the store on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. My sales associate was Beth. She was wonderful in helping me find the perfect toy for my grandson. She made the shopping experience for me pleasant. What a great store and great employee! I will be returning soon....

Adriana was so nice my granddaughter she could not remember the name of one toy that she wanted to get so when Ariana said, can you try to explain it to me and we finally found it and she was so nice she made my day

This is a nice place for gifts for kids! If you're looking for arts & crafts, board games, slime, legos, books, they have it all for all ages!
The staff was nice and even recommended some things!
Came in for some Pokemon for my nephew and was surprised they had some!

I love the toys and the slime the workers are always hyping you up and I just love the toys you have there it’s always clean. The area is very beautiful. I do recommend.

As first time parents, we are kinda new to the kids toys scene and have visited the Learning Express store several times now. But today we met Lindsey who was sooooo helpful in showing us all the cute age appropriate toys for our almost 2 year old! They also have an amazing selection of Calico Critters sets and characters as well as a demo table to play around with! In general, we always have a great experience. Staff greets us immediately and checks in to make sure we don’t have any questions. They’re always so sweet to our daughter too. I’d much rather spend my money with a locally owned toy store that puts so much care and attention into their inventory and making sure their customers have a good experience than Amazon or any other big box chains. We can’t wait to shop for our daughter’s birthday and Christmas gifts here, they offer complimentary gift wrapping!
