Lee LeClear Tennis Center Park is an accessible and affordable place for tennis enthusiasts, offering court rentals at just two dollars per hour. Reservations can be made easily online. The facility has made improvements, such as resurfacing the courts and upgrading the lighting, making it a better experience than in the past. However, some areas still need attention, including the bathrooms, which require maintenance, and certain courts that are cracked and lack benches during tournaments. While the management has been noted for tardiness, especially during early morning hours, the overall ease of booking and the availability of multiple courts are advantages. The teaching professional, Joel Balugon, is recognized for his straightforward approach to improving tennis skills, focusing on stroke improvement. His lessons, conducted outdoors, effectively prepare players for indoor matches. Despite some ongoing issues with cleanliness and security, Lee LeClear Tennis Center Park shows potential and offers a solid option for those looking to enjoy tennis.
I felt a little depressed when I saw those courts in the conditions they are. The fences rusted and leaned almost failing, the courts with cracks, the nets with holes, the hitting walls with holes on the floor and nets, leaves, rust. It's sad to see such a big tennis park with so many courts in a state of abandon ☹

Decent courts. Need reservation. Most times I've played here there's been a hard wind factor. Gusts. Sometimes steady. Not my favorite courts but still convenient to folks I play from all over SW Houston.

I enjoy playing on their courts including the practice walls.
