Paragon has me as a customer for life whether they want me or not lol. Relatively new to Texas and my MX-5 got hit in a parking garage. I asked on the forums who to see and overwhelmingly it was Paragon. Marwan handles all cars the same regardless of cost, which is to say, like it’s his own car. I had some big asks, wanted minimal blending and didn’t want the quarter panel replaced. He excelled on both points. I know the color gave him grief but he never wavered and kept a smile. Color me impressed!! I can’t recommend this place enough. Don’t look anywhere else, and definitely don’t go to chain stores like AutoNation etc, as they are not family owned and just want your money and your vehicle out of their shop. Keep it local and with a family owned businesses. Paragon!! :)

Excellent customer service and highly skilled professionals.
I needed some bodywork done on my Tesla. I went in and was taking care of expeditiously. My Tesla is looking better than new. I also saw some high-end cars there so these guys definitely know what they’re doing.

Paragon team installed an aftermarket carbon fiber body kit on my Mclaren that another shop had been unable to fit properly. The service and professionalism were outstanding, as was the result. This will be my go-to place in Houston.

This is now a customer for life giving this Review.
My BMW 4 Series Convertible got hit twice within a week period.
I just got the car and was VERY UPSET. I brought the car to
Paragon for estimate and Repair. They were on the job from the
first contact and visit. Paragon spoke to my Insurance CO. and handled all concerns towards the repairs on my vehicle.
The finial results were "AMAZON". All repairs, touch ups and
work done was A1.
They even cleaned the car on pickup day!!!
(I know cleaning the car sound small, but it is the little things that
also matter). Trust, I have gotten repaired cars from other
businesses back dirty and dusty trying to hide the paint
not matching.
With Paragon, paint match and repair was not even a question from first glance.
I would give Paragon A&C 10 stars if possible. If you have
any damage to your vehicle, do hesitate to visit or contact. You
will not be disappointed.

I had the pleasure of working with Marwan regarding my 2024 GMC Sierra Elevation, and I cannot speak highly enough of his service. He arranged for the truck to be towed from a distance of two hours to his shop, efficiently coordinating with the storage facility throughout the process. Marwan met with the insurance adjuster multiple times on my behalf, managing my entire claim with exceptional professionalism.
The communication I received from him far surpassed that of my own insurance company and adjuster. His shop is well-maintained, reflecting a commitment to quality and professionalism. This was my second experience with this shop and they impress me every time, I would recommend them to anyone. Marwan and Sergio are very honest and all around good guys who take care of their customers. Fernanda also did a great job and helped things go smoothly. The first time I came in for a quote a few years ago, they actually recommended that I not spend that much money on the car since the cost of the work would be more then the car's value. This time I came in for a bumper replacement for my miata. Mazda's Soul red is notorious for being a really difficult color but they did a great job, perfect match. Honestly, the car looks better then when I got it. They truly went above and beyond by taking care of all the little chips and scratches I had gathered over the years. Marwan and Sergio were really understanding of my situation and did what they could to help me out.

Went to Marwan to get a new bumper paint matched and put on and it was superb service. Straightforward and easy, even while the hurricane was happening in Houston, it took him a few days to recover and it was back to business. Will be going back!
