The staff lady was so nice!!! Love her so much. I got my glasses broken last week and tried to fix them by myself but obviously it didn’t work. So I came here for help and she fixed them in 3 minutes!!!!!🤩🤩🤩

Never pick up the phone. They have no voicemail. It sounds like they answer the phone when in reality it just beeps with no information.

Why cant i give no stars!! The rude forgeign eye doctor here told me it was my imagination that I needed eyeglasses and my eyes were healthy. I paid over $ 150 for my exam!!!I went to another vision center in town and was told I clearly needed glasses and that I also had a cataract.

ALEXIA FLORES is the store manager of this location and she is truly amazing with her knowledge, professionalism and customer service. I’ve never been so educated on how to purchase frames and lenses. She went above and beyond with my purchase for my meta glasses she kept me informed of the delays in ordering and she kept her promise that as soon as she was able to order she would let me know and she called me today to come purchase them. My insurance is out of network with LensCrafters but I would pay any price to have the shopping experience I had with Alexia.

Excellent experience! The staff was courteous and focused on customer satisfaction. They quickly fixed my order to include branding, applied all relevant discounts, and even added Macy’s rewards. Truly attentive and professional service.

The LensCrafters staff at the Macy Memorial City mall have been very knowledgeable, understanding throughout the process of selecting my eyeglasses and getting my progressive lenses ready! They definitely went above & beyond every step of the way!I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family 100%!

Do not deal with them, for the last 2 months me and my wife been dealing with them about an exchange because my wife didn't feel comfortable with her current glasses and they have been giving us different excuses every time, also they still didn't issue our refund, Alexa the manager have been giving us different excuses, last one was that they had many problems and the management have been deleting a lot of orders and auditing, I am not sure how is that going to help us, she also promised to give us a call last Monday but she never did, this is very unprofessional from her end.
We are calling our bank and insurance company to resolve this because we gave up dealing with Lens Crafters and Alexia Flores.
