I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters thanks to Key! She greeted me with a beautiful smile and such positive energy. My glasses had gotten a bit out of line, and she was more than happy to readjust them for me. She was quick, pleasant, and made the whole process so easy. I’m very thankful for her help—excellent customer service!

I am expecting a call or message when my glasses is ready for pickup, unfortunately, no one contact me until I have to call the store to find out the glasses was ready 1 week ago, it was the 1st and last time using this store.

My mom's lense had came out of the frame. Sandra was able to fix this for me. She was extra careful as to not damage anything and finished it very quickly. She was lovely with great customer service.
My family will be returning here in the future to purchase our prescription glasses.

Alastar the manager rocks. He was super polite and helpful and fixed my sunglasses and didn’t charge me. He was able to figure out which mini screw they needed just by looking.

I just bought lenses, and later discovered that they charged me more than double the amount of they have charged me in other place. And also they told me it might take maximum of 10 days to make fit the glasses, but on the 10th day when I went there they told me that they have sent a message on he 5th day, but I never received any messages and they were insisting that they have sent a message and might have gone to junk messages, but I said I check my messages every day and in all the folders but I never had a message from you. The guy tried to show me how to check the junk messages, I told him I know how to do that, I do it every day, I don’t need you to teach me that, and you didn’t send any message. Long story short, they don’t have a good service.
