I went in to browse through the sale. I was able to pick out what I wanted; however, couple of items weren’t in my size. The sales associate helped me and ordered those online to be shipped to my home. He was very helpful in assisting me.

I had a good customer service experience. The two ladies working were very nice and attentive to my needs. I’m very short so it’s hard for me to buy jeans. I tried on a lot of different pairs of jeans to get just the right fit. I would have not done it without their help.

John did an amazing job helping us find the size we needed! It was the first time shopping Levi’s and he was able to help us find the perfect style. Turned a 1 hour trip to 15 mins.
