So disappointed. I placed an order for anniversary flowers 3 days early to ensure a morning deliver to my wifes work. Morning was important as she was only there until noon. “No problem” I was told.
The flowers did not arrive until after lunch so she did not get to see her surprise until the next day. Bummer.
I called Lexus to discuss my disappointment. Asked to talk to a Mgr. was promised a call. No call. I called the following day to speak to a Mgr. i was promised a call. Nobody called me.
This to me is unacceptable. If you say you can do it then do it. Ignoring a customer’s grievance is not a good strategy. Next year i will be using a different florist.

Disappointed as I asked for same day delivery however after purchase got message that it won't be delivered til next day. If not able to deliver same day they should notify you before purchase completed

Quick, honest, and friendly customer service! I was in need of a last-minute birthday present for my mother and decided to try them out due to their close proximity to my location. I was in and out with a colorful arrangement in less than 10 minutes! Definitely recommend! Thank you! ??✝️?

I paid on 02/08 (Thursday) for the Valentine Day (02/14) delivery of a $400 bouquet. These guys didn't have their act together on the Valentine's Day. Called them 4 times and every time they would say that they'll deliver within the next 1 hour. At 07:30PM, I called and suggested if I can come myself and pickup the flowers because it's already night for Valentine's Day. It used to be a nice shop, but service is going downhill. Will be initiating a dispute through my credit card company. Shame on Lexis Florist team for spoiling my Valentine's Day flowers!

I have been doing business with this florist for years. Their arrangements are truly beautiful. However, their delivery and customer service leave a lot to be desired. Yesterday, Valentine's Day, was also my wedding anniversary. I ordered a beautiful arrangement of roses for my wonderful wife over two weeks ago. By 3 PM, the flowers had still not been delivered. I called Lexis. The lady told me that they had over 300 orders to deliver, and that they started with the bigger orders and moved down from there. I was in the third tier. The flowers I had bought to surprise my wife did not arrive until 9:30 PM, by which time I had given up on getting them and had told my wife about the surprise. When I called Lexi's today I was told that I had to understand that it was Valentine's Day and they had a lot of orders. I explained that was not my problem. That was their problem. Hire more drivers! Take less orders! Do whatever you have to do to meet your obligations! But don't tell me I'm not important enough to get my flowers delivered before 9:30 PM at night or that you were not prepared for the busiest day of your business year. The flowers here are incredibly expensive. I expected much better and was bitterly disappointed. They did offer to cut the price of the flowers, but I am not interested in the money. If I was interested in the money, I would not have purchased the flowers. I was interested in surprising my wife on Valentine's Day/our wedding anniversary and in letting her know how much I appreciate and love her. I relied on Lexis to help me do this. And they failed! Miserably!! I declined the money and I will decline doing business with this florist ever again. And so should you. if you do, don't blame me if you are disappointed. You have been forewarned.

I live overseas and needed to send condolence flowers to my step brother in Houston. I found Lexus on line after much searching in Houston to find the right arrangement. I placed the order and a few days later wanted to know if they had been delivered. Lexus is currently the only florists who does not have tracking nor do they have a delivery confirmation email. I sent several "contact us" messages asking if indeed the flowers had been delivered to no reply. I then sent a polite email with my order attached asking again..I received a curt reply saying the time they had been delivered. Courtesy in a message would have been a thank you for your order and sorry to have been delayed in getting back to you. I thought the south was renowned for their hospitality and protocol.

Can't get over how beautiful the flower arrangement was. Recieved so many compliments on them and can't wait to work with Lexi's Florist again. I needed a very specific tropical/exotic arrangement, and both Jess and Naji assured me that they wouldn't let me down. The arrangement they made was prettier than the inspo pic I had sent them. So happy! Thank you so much!!!
