The Manager Mr. Mehta is very courteous, client focused, knowledgeable and gracious. The office is organized, professional & clean moreover, provides a quiet and “private” experience for all clients. That is so important when handling financial/private business such as personal taxes.The staff is a reflection of Mr. Mehta. Ms. Roopa handle mine and my spouses taxes. Her professionalism, knowledge of the industry and her very PROACTIVE approach to ensure the accuracy of our filing was priceless. It is because of employees like Mr. Mehta and his staff that we continue to come back to your organization to file our taxes each year.

I was pleasantly pleased with Liberty Tax FM 529. The staff there especially Mr. N. Mehta were very proficient and their workmanship was very professional like. I will be going back there next year.

During my life and pursuit of happiness, I decided to come to Liberty. I was glad I did. We've been looking for someone to do our taxes, we didn't used to get them done, not lately anyway, we fell on hard times. We have a lot of options, of course, and this is one of the options at the top of the list, because they're pretty friendly, or were when we came in here. I do believe it's a chain, although I don't think I've been to too many of the other locations, if any. They're helpful and friendly and they speak both Spanish and English so that's good. Prices seem less than average which for me is the main selling point.

Very professional. Was able to leave taxes with representative and they completed without me being there. Went and ran errands, called me when they finished, explained everything when I returned. They give you options to pay for service...you pay yourself or they take out of tax return.
