Lina and Victor messed up my taxes and now ghosted me when they were supposed to do an amendment. UNPROFESSIONAL, don’t trust these people.

Don’t do your taxes here, they will steal your tax return information. Alma was nice and helpful at first, however she is dishonest.At the end of my tax preparation, she asked for my signature. I couldn’t see what I was signing, only she could see it on her screen. Turns out she was having me sign consent forms where I was agreeing to let Liberty tax use and disclose my tax information to other parties for 3 years.She never mentioned a consent form and never told me that’s what I was signing. I only found out after she gave me a copy with my tax papers. I asked her to withdraw my consent, she said she couldn’t do it, but would let her boss know and I haven’t heard anything from them since.

Tiara Battise is a very professional, intelligent, positive woman with excellent customer service, always willing to help with any questions, she guides you step by step. My experience with her was fantastic. Thanks for everything!!!!!

Lina Morales is the best tax person I ever went to. I got a decent return this year ,every year I’ve always had bad luck ,but she definitely did her job and did a great one at that definitely coming to her next year. Thank you for all your hard work Lina.

Tiara is incredible & knowledgeable ! We felt comfortable with her because she knew what she was doing. She explained to us all the details about our taxes & we had tons of questions & she answer them all. Very patient with her customers. 10/10
