April and Brittney really came through and helped me customize my hat exactly how I wanted it. Super easy process and they knew what they were doing. If you’re in Houston, this is the only Lids you should be going to — anywhere else is just a waste of time and money.

My experience at the Lids location in the Galleria food court was absolutely amazing, thanks to Day. Despite it being a busy afternoon during the tax-free weekend, she remained helpful and patient. I wanted to try on many items that I couldn’t reach and accidentally spilled a drink. Despite the chaos, Day was delightful and assisted both me and other customers while promptly taking care of the spill. Sorry about the mess, and thank you, Day, for the great job!

The workers in the store went above and beyond Maryam was awesome she literally went above and beyond to help me find my husband the perfect hat. I'm from STL and was visiting and wanted to get a gift to bring back and she made sure I did just that.

Worst service ever. Took my valentines gift, my hat that my girlfriend got me and they started questioning me whether I’m sure if I wanna put her name or not. They spelled her name wrong and restitched it which messed up the hat and made it look damaged, they didn’t offer a discount nor give me my money and nor give me a compensation for messing up my hat. Worst service, staff is very untrained

This particular store is run by children who have no idea of the concept on communication nor on how to greet customers who enter the store.This particular lids franchise store must have the hiring education level of just a middle school graduate, a superiority complex, and the agreed pay of just $8.50 per hour).The management staff did not want to work. I had to ask for help yet nobody assisted. I even asked if anyone worked there to directly to both employees who in return just ignored me. There was the manager who looked like he was about 16 years old, no smile, and wearing a striped baseball jersey that had “PLAYBOY” written on the back of his Lids Baseball uniform. (Side note, most people who claim they are so called “playboys” usually have the worst luck with women.) which as an lids employee wearing this in a work environment, a customer will not take seriously. If you have any class and self respect, avoid this Lids location. Take your money to a different location or order the same merchandise online.Again, The management and service at this location is horrendous!
