Sunday December 15, 2024 I visited Lids in Willowbrook Mall. Immediately upon entering the store I was told that everything was buy one get one half off (notice I didn’t say I was greeted). As I am looking at the many hats I noticed that about 5 out of the 7 employees were gathered around a phone watching the Texans game vs Miami. At the very end of the video was where they were gathered. I took the video because I like hats and I wasn’t trying to bust these kids who were watching tv while they were supposed to be working. Anyways I bought 3 hats and the total was over 125$. The store was messy and I would not recommend going to this particular Lids if you are serious about your hats.

Went to the store they took my money and I didn’t get a receipt nor did I get the merchandise and the manager litzi Mendoza said it was voided but my bank showed pending then the next day it completed and then I called the store they told me that it should go back to my bank because they said it voided it didn’t I called my bank they are investigating it I just got back from my bank that I won’t get my money and lids said to email lids to customer care . But imma do better imma report this company to bbb and sue them for their employees stealing she gave us this number to call it goes to voicemail.

I requested a cap to be embroidered and was “advised” to get the raised lettering which costs more. After paying and coming back, the embroidery looked horrible, and I was told either I could get it taken out and restitched or they’ll replace the cap and redo it. I chose to restitch and was promised I’d be given a call the next day to pickup cap. I was never called, and when I did whoever answered sounded annoyed, but the cap was finally finished. When I can go pickup the cap, the embroidery looked wrong, so I asked them how come the i looks like a lowercase L. They said that’s how the raised lettering looks, but it’s an i. So i now have a cap that looks misspelled, as well as a little crooked.

Store was closed. 2:00pm on a Tuesday 9/26/23. Lights were on but nothing. Very disappointing & unprofessional. No sign on doors or anything. Close the close the doors completely if ur not going to bother making money. Poor customer service if ur just gonna not bother opening the store. How yall even stay open? BOOOOO!

The service is great and prices are even better most people say it's a bad store but it's mainly just old people and people that complain over little things I would recommend has to be top tier quality for hats to.

Poor work ethic. The guy that was there today was wearing his AirPods was mumbling to a song that had cuss words. Then I asked him for a hat, and he completely ignored me. Waste off time

Horrible experience, wanted embroidery on my hat and was advised it could be done the same day before purchase . Then after purchase was advised that I wouldn't be able to get my hat embroidered until tomorrow because there were 3 more hats in front of me & each hat takes 15 mins to do . The time was 7:55pm & the store closes at 9pm . The workers need to have better communication with each other . Needed the hat for a special event .

Xavier at Willowbrook mall was the most helpful employee I have ever encountered! I had an issue with the embroidery and not only did he fix my issue but went above and beyond while doing so! I will definitely be back to this store only because of him.
