Anytime Erik is working this Cafe is on point and he has great customer service. He is not only friendly but keeps the cafe clean neat and organized. I wish me and my husband could see more of him. He makes an afternoon workout complete with his people skills.

Life Cafe is the best place for coffee and delicious sandwiches.
Staff are very friendly ; especially I want to thank Abigail for going above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my order.

I sat in this Cafe for 3hrs studying for my real estate exam and was told I could not use the bathroom. I also purchased an energy. I will not be back here. No way it’s a cafe and no bathrooms EVEN after purchase. A true let down.

Since I am older, it was nice to find out that the lifetime membership would be paid by my health insurance in the silver sneakers program. shortly after enrolling, Life Time came out with a program that drastically reduced the time available that silver sneakers members can use the facilities. This is a sad commentary on the money grubbing mentality of lifetime management. Because silver sneakers has a reduced payment to Life Time for older Americans, Life Time had to revise the program to try and squeeze more money out of the older members. This is money grubbing greed in its purest form. To the Life Time management that will read this post, I challenge you to prove me incorrect. You cannot do it. Anybody that attends Life Time just needs to be aware of the culture and mentality of lifetime corpirate - greed, moneygrubbing, and nominal care for the health of the members as they grow older. I scheduled a massage and the facilities for the spa are great! I had an appointment with Derek and the massage was amazing! I was welcomed and offered something to drink and everything on time. Also you can access the gym the day of your appointment which is great for whoever that is not a member to try to join in. Overall great experience at the spa and with Derek. Recommended!

Bonny at the spa is extremely rude. We booked a special and she kept talking to us in a condescending tone. Cutting us off. Talking to us like we don't know the deal we're getting and telling us the original prices. She talked to us in a very snobbish tone like we could never afford to come there. It was really weird, I walked off immediately. She claims this is one of the best spas in the nation yet carries herself otherwise. I've been to the best spas in Houston like post oak, this is the worst someone has treated us. We told all our friends to come and do this special because it sounded like a good deal, if lifetime couldn't afford to do it, they shouldn't have promoted it. She was talking like they couldn't even afford to give us these services like we were poor and getting a handout.

This gym had been my home for over a year because I really loved the idea of the Life Time brand. It is with great sorrow that I will never return here because of how disgustingly horrible that a sexual assault situation was handled by a manager by name of Iliana Romero. I was assaulted at this gym on camera by another member and Iliana has worked tirelessly to protect him for what he did to me.This was the first time a man has physically touched me in a fitness facility which was completely uncalled for. I made the decision to report this incident to not only have a record of this man's behavior but to protect myself from any future occurrences by him. Iliana not only laughed in my face when I reported it to her but she described contacting the member as an "extreme." I told her that I needed an incident report on file and I needed him contacted as well. She volunteered to me that cameras would also be reviewed and sent to corporate for review for action up to his termination of membership. I asked her if I would be contacted about status and she said someone would call me within 48 hours.A week had went by before she decided to contact me and nothing we had discussed had been done. She stated that she "went ahead" and filed an incident report as though it was a favor to me and I told her that that was the first thing I needed done and I never gave her the inclination that I didn't want that to happen... she also told me that she had not contacted the member up till then and she claimed that she would check if he has swiped into the club on that day to go find him and say something. She also stated that in doing so may pose a threat to me because he could be upset, if that should happen that I should report it. I also asked her if she had pulled the cameras that she volunteered would be done, she had not done so a week later. After I had to tell her the story again if what happened to me and where because when she recounted the story to me it was completely wrong. While that was obviously not a surprise because she did laugh when I told her the story, she did now state that she would go back and pull the cameras.She claimed she pulled them and saw the clear footage of exactly what I mentioned in detail but no further action would be taken. Iliana Romero is not a safe person to talk regarding any form of sexual assault or harassment in any capacity. She is one of many reasons that this happens to women and goes on unreported because when you do report it they will find rhyme and reason to find it comical and sweep it under the rug to protect men that do this. As a woman leading a facility that is dominated by a male presence I am deeply disgusted by how she decided to handle this matter without any urgency or care to what happened me with evidence supporting my claims. Not only did I take the situation to corporate for mediation and review of Iliana's actions, I spoke in depth about the situation with another woman again that has not bothered to call me back since the incident.I am still deciding as to whether or not I want to continue being a member at Life Time but I will presently never return to this particular location. They do not have any sort of protocols that they follow in terms of sexual harassment or assault by staff or other members. Iliana was making up how she wanted to handle the situation on the fly and by how she felt and that was why she chose to fail me and any other woman at this facility that has to put up with this behavior. I brought up the fact that sexual harassment happens often at this facility and she didn't even bother to ask for details about that statement.Ladies, do please know that this facility is not a safe space for you to feel protected against men that would want to harass you. And it is because of women with daughters like Iliana Romero that this behavior will continue at this facility.

I've been going to Lifetime Fitness for more than 20 years various areas where I lived in Houston and elsewhere. I have never met someone as uncivilized as a trainer by the name of Anthony that does GGX training. He has assaulted me by snatching weights out of my hand after walking over to my treadmill and elbowed me to grab the weights! Uncouth, uncivilized and unacceptable behavior! Whatever you do DO NOT take a class with this sorry excuse for a trainer!

Honestly so disappointed with this location. I typically go to the green street location that is so clean and modern. This gym is extremely dated, unclean and the WiFi doesn't work. I also didn't like that I had to search for unpaid parking. The way finding at this location is in need of a lot of work. Very happy this isn't my gym but I wish it was more up today and clean because I would like to use the pool.

This place has ruined a whole Saturday for me. Me and my girlfriend were coming to workout and I'm the member she's the guest. I'm allowed 2 guest passes per month. I brought my girlfriend the last two times and then this month I'm trying to bring her again and they say no, you have to wait 60 days to bring her again. That is the most stupid rule I've ever heard. I pay $160 a month and only get 2 free passes, if I want to bring my girlfriend 2 times a month I should be able to. They said I have to bring new guests if I want to use my guest pass, screw that and why the heck would I want to bring new guests when I plan my workouts with my girlfriend. I pay the monthly membership fee and only get 2 passes, I should get to bring whoever I want as many times as I want throughout the year if I only get 2 a month. Terrible rule and a good way to lose customers. Fix that!

As a former employee of Lifetime Fitness Sugarland, i've always been highly impressed with the City Centre location. I like that there are a lot of things do in the area after your workout!

This gym is a scam, they act like you can use everything then once you sign up you gonna realize you can't use everything and the monthly is to expensive for not being able to use everything. If I was anybody signing up I would look at other companies. And I can't tell you how many people I got to sign up here and now I regret it because I fucking hate it here
