Needed assistance with replacing payment method for 3 units. The young gentleman was very helpful and answered additional questions, taking his time with me and looking at system.
And this is not the first time he assisted. He helped me a couple of years back when I was looking for storage.
Just as helpful at othee locations too!

We lost our key and went to the front desk to ask for help, and instead of telling us”too bad so sad we can’t do anything” the front desk lady went out of her way and got an angle grinder and cut the lock right off.

Absolutely disgusted with the lack of honesty and customer service from this facility.
I paid for a climate controlled unit, they checked me in knowing the unit AC was broken. Had to argue and wait 2 hours to be accommodated at another facility with movers on their way. Was offered free month then they took that away due to higher cost at the new storage unit. She made me feel like I was a problem when the problem was the dishonesty and lack of customer service on their part. HIGHLY SUGGEST LOOKING ELSEWHERE!! I requested the information for higher up supervisor and was told I couldn’t have it. DO BETTER!

Worst storage experience ever. As a woman I never felt safe entering the property alone and accessing my unit, particularly because the access doors into the storage area would never lock or close properly because the doors sustained damaged from being jammed open during break-ins and were never properly repaired. This facility has definitely gone downhill over the last two years, experiencing multiple break-ins and absolutely zero communication from the staff onsite about the break-ins. There were also ongoing issues with the main gate code not working. I called the emergency line to access the property but was told I had to return another day as my code was fine but the gate needed to be repaired. Other issues include ‘security’ falling asleep in the office, and worst of all, flooding and water damage to a large number of units in the building. The restroom was only accessible during business hours by walking the outside perimeter of the building and asking for a key to access. Many units on the first, second and third floor all experienced some kind of water damage and management were unable to explain the cause. Management also did not notify unit holders in a timely manner of the widespread water damage. While I was cleaning out my storage unit I spoke to many other people who reported regular break-ins despite using multiple, sturdy locks. Most of my belongings were either water damaged or suffered from mold and 3/4 of my belongings were destroyed. Initially, storage workers installed a small square fan in an attempt to ventilate the area which was a complete joke since most of the first floor had standing water. The dumpsters were over flowing with couches, furniture, personal property that was beyond salvage. A company called Servpro (who seem to sit around on their backsides looking at their phones in the office when it is open) came in way too late to set up ventilators and despite the signage, there were no clear instructions on how to access the units as the coded door access was blocked with plywood. If you visited the property after business hours there was no way to access your flooded unit. As soon as the on-site person detected the water issue, it should have been dealt with immediately, not weeks after. Notwithstanding the monthly rent kept going up and up without further explanation, deteriorating customer service, deteriorating security, the non-existent communication and regular break-ins, the facility was always in a state of dirt and grime with sign of homeless people squatting in one of the areas near the internal access door. To sum up, I cannot recommend the services of this company because, your personal safety could be compromised while you are in your unit because the gates do not work as they should, your belongings could be stolen, your belongs could become water damaged and you won’t be notified until you make a random stop at your unit to pick something up, because life storage will not communicate with you. I moved the few things I could salvage into a more reputable storage facility, and a smaller space because thanks to the gross mismanagement at life storage I had to throw away a very large portion of my belongings.

The units are nice and accessible, but be warned of deceptive pricing practices. I signed up for my unit online and moved in. 3 months in and i get a notification that my rental rate is now DOUBLE. I call to protest and there is nothing they can do. They say it is a corporate issue, but do not have a phone number they can give for "coprorate". Really frustrating. Also, there is not a live support number to call when the office is closed and the gate is not working and you have a truckload of stuff to unload.
