Ive had such a great experience with nikki at extra space storage on westpark and karla from life storage on the Richmond. They both worked together to help me, beyond measure to make sure I get the unit I want at the price I want. The whole process was smooth, quick, and crystal clear. First time a give a review to a storage facility. I have some trouble paying because the system was down and Netti was very nice and help me with my payment and waived my late fee off., she also saw an increase for my unit next month and give me a discount approval. I have a great customer service experience and the storage facility is maintained clean.
