The location was very convenient for me and there’s lots of sizes to choose from. The facility was very clean, and I felt safe. I was very pleased with the customer service. The employee was very helpful in explaining the different size of storages they have and the prices.

Noticed there are no recent reviews. I thought I'd try them out and needed storage during the holidays and it was close to home. Prices are a little higher than I'm used to but for the convenience, I thought I'd give them a try. I had to sign up through their online service which I thought was pretty nifty. Turns out that my month came up and I thought I had signed up for auto-pay because I had to have help with the online registry. No reminder, no call or text. I am a responsible adult but life gets in the way sometimes and I'm sure it's happened to everyone. I went in to make a payment and set up auto-pay and they wouldn't waive the late fee. For a first time offense, not cool. If I was a repeat offender, I'd understand. Anything to make a buck without forgiveness. Already gave my notice to move out before my next month is due. I've been with a different storage company for almost two years, never had a problem. I'm signed up with auto-pay and they still send out reminders that your payment is coming up. Would be nice if Life Storage had this courtesy.
