Giving 2 stars only because I found a cute card holder. Deducting 3 stars because of bad customer service. I felt like I was bothering the girl asking for assistance to view the card holders. She seemed very annoyed. The store has great items, it’s a shame the girls working there seem so unenthused by people shopping there.

Lily Rain has always been one of my "go to",stores especially for gifts. I went to return/exchange a pant that did not fit the recipient I bought it for. The store currently carries the pant at regular price (not on sale). The young lady at the register would not take the return even for a store credit as I was 5 days late bringing it back. I certainly understand not giving me a refund, but I don't understand not giving me a store credit. Tags still on pants and I had my receipt. I will not be giving Lily Rain any more business. I explained to the lady that she had no idea the circumstances nor did she care. Unacceptable customer service. I will continue to support mom and pop shops who value/appreciate their customers but this is not one of them.

Terrible customer service. Wouldn't take my return for a refund or store credit because I did not have receipt. Said their "system is a little different" and they can't look up any purchases. Seriously? It's 2023. Get with the times. Will not be shopping here again.

The customer service here is terrible. I have never felt more uncomfortable in a clothing store before. I would suggest the manager try hiring employees who are kind and welcoming (to everyone) not just customers who look like they’re upper class.

Terrible customer service. Bought a pair of Spanx White Pants and they were too big. Brought them back to exchange and they said they couldn’t do it because it was over 14 day return policy. No one mentioned this and the lady that checked me out said it was ok for me to return if they didn’t fit. They have lost my business. Would rather buy direct online. They also have cheap jewelry sold way over the price that breaks.

Lily Rain should be ashamed of how they treat customers! Do not waste your time or money shopping at this store. The fashion is not good enough for the over priced quality of clothing, rude store Managers and the ridiculous return policy. YouCould not pay me to shop with Lily Rain. So many choices to shop these days, other places have better fashion and professional employees & honest return policies.

I always receive compliments about anything I'm wearing from this boutique. As a woman of color, any location I've shopped at makes me feel welcome and staff is willing to help with the outfit I am shopping for! They are my go-to when I want something cute and unique.

Terrible customer service. Lee from the rice village location wouldn't accept my clothes as a return OR exchange without the tags attached even though I had the tags of the items AND THE RECIEPT. It had not even been two weeks since I purchased it. HORRIBLE customer service.

The two sales women working at the store are duplicitous and change the prices for various customers even while they're shopping in the store. While browsing, I overheard one of the sales women tell other customers that the entire store was 40% off due to covid 19 and the need to move inventory. That same associate then proceeded to try and convince me to purchase an item later on by saying she'd give me a "special deal" of 40% off listing price. I overheard her use this line again with a couple other customers in the store. I brushed it off and decided to buy the item since I believed it was discounted. However, after I made my purchase (during which both sales women were at the registers) I realized they didn't honor the discount and I was charged full price. Conveniently for them, there wasn't any visible itemization available at the register while they were ringing up my merchandise so I couldn't check prices as I go. Don't bother going-clothes and such are cute but overpriced and you can't rely on their discounts. There are plenty of other nice boutiques in Houston to visit.

They have THE BEST accessories and also AMAZING customer service. Just be casually walking by led me to become a loyal customer. And the young manager is so amazing during this pandemic ... I was able to order and she shipped the items to me.
