Went to Loft today just to see what they have in store and I found these cute pants, the employee Gaby helped me out by taking me to the fitting room and answering any questions I had about the sale! Overall good experience!

They have a decently sized petite section and the staff is typically friendly. I only shop here for work clothes, specifically because they have so many options for petite girls.

It was clean display. Sales person are very nice. I requested to hold a dress for me and I couldn't go there due to early closing and upon request they extended the hold. They were very understanding instead of being strict and not to extend. Even though the store is far away for me but I would like to go there where sales people are polite and understanding.

I've visited this store off and on for a couple of years and employees are too busy gossiping to each other to acknowledge you. Most of the time, I could care less. When I came here Saturday night before Easter to browse, a clerk was absolutely hands down rude! It was 8:15 P.M., store was closing at 9 P.M. and about 5 people in the entire store with 3 workers. I'm the type of person who hangs up clothes after I've tried them on, fold clothing back into original place and I'm mindful of store closing times. As I'm browsing, on my way out, a young worker must have been bothered that I was looking at clothes on a rack. She comes out of nowhere and starts organizing clothes next to me. She proceeds to tell me "excuse me" and stood there staring at me to move out of her way. WTH! I turned to look at her to ask if she wanted me to move and she replied, "I said excuse me" with an attitude and all. Smh No one expects a red carpet to be rolled out but common manners at a minimum - please! The manager Shay (Shea) was no help and supposedly couldn't provide me with the worker's name. I sent corporate an email complaint. Moving on.....
